It says Force Push (knight) can be learned from the holocron.

Does this include telekinesis in general... or just the pushing bit?

And I'm guessing I can't get Wolf to learn the basics of core Force abilities like Speed and Jump from the holocron?

*becomes increasingly nervous as Omega event approaches and wants Wolf to have at least some ability*

Force Push [Knight], Force Grip [Acolyte] and Force Lightning [Acolyte]

Only the active Force abilities present, so no you cannot learn Force Speed or Jump from the holocron, unfortunately. Although Force Speed and Jump are very basic, so it shouldn't take much to learn them.
