Biography: Yalsa Jantra was born on the planet Dathomir within a community of Nightsisters, the infamous society of female darksiders. From childhood on, she mastered the spells of her elders in hopes of becoming a mighty witch. When she was a teenager, however, Yalsa caught the eye of a Zabrak Sith Lord returning to his homeworld in search of an apprentice or mate. He kidnapped the young Yalsa for these purposes. Over the next few years, this Sith Lord taught her all of the secrets of the Dark Side, although she always remained loyal to the philosophy, beliefs, and traditions of the Nightsisters, practicing and training in their ways in secret. Eventually she became strong enough in the Force to murder her master and escaped to the stars in freedom.
