BIOGRAPHY
History of the Atur Legacy
The Atur Legacy has been around for centuries. Since even before the great Jedi-Sith War of the Old Republic Era, the Atur Legacy has been small but around. The most notable beginnings of this particular legacy start not shortly after the beginning of the aforementioned Jedi-Sith War, beginning with a Sith Pureblood who had failed her trials to become a Sith, studying under a master with the hopes of carrying out the will of Marka Ragnos. During one of her final trials, studying portions of text within The Tomb of Marka Ragnos, Luon Rhevmua was attacked by her fellow acolytes, seeking to remove her from the large pool of competition. Luon, being stronger than her opponents with the dark side, likely would have defeated her opponents in the incursion had she not been so concerned with preserving the ancient teachings of Marka Ragnos, and as such, fell quickly in battle with an unexpected slice to the outer side of the right abdomen. Though her fight was over, and by all intents and purposes she should have died by the blade of one of the acolytes, it was almost as though the Force had been with her when a Miraluka slave, Sakef Atur, forced in some sadistic fashion to undergo the Sith trials, had sprung to her rescue, having quickly disarmed and subdued her opponents, as they had not been concerned with his presence.
The two would quickly flee to Alpherides, and then from there to Alderaan, where the two would settle down and being the first notable and family document histories of the Atur Legacy.
Though the bloodline of the family is predominantly Miraluka, Sith blood always found its way into the bloodline of the Atur. The first introduction of Sith blood began with Luon, and usually continued to find its way in every few generations, being barely visible or invisible by that time. The mix of these two particular bloods had a tendency to result in odd behaviour and personalities within Atur descendants, generally clearing up and becoming less frequent as the family developed without new introductions of Sith blood. From time to time, other types of bloodlines would be introduced, moat being less notable or unnamed near-human bloodlines, the most notable and most recent of such being Fay and Zeltron. There was an instance in which, nearing the end of the Jedi-Sith War, when an Atur descendant, Kranus Nuhai-Atur, fell in love and eventually married a Chiss Jedi Knight, Prisk’apizu’aega, more commonly known as Prisk or Skapizu. Unfortunately, the Aega-Atur family didn’t survive long, as Kranus and Prisk’s only child, Zawian, didn’t survive childbirth, and Prisk died shortly after that.
A huge portion of family history, and furthermore, the size of the family, was lost during the events of the Gulag Plague. The remnants of the family found a home on four different planets, all far from each other: Ord Trasi, Ziost, Sullust, and Csilla.
The current remnants of the Atur Legacy exist in four separate extended families, which, despite the distance, are still close to each other, though still somewhat unknown to one another.
