Yet Prophecy Is Not Always Certain

He had spoken to the faces found within the depths of the void. Each unique soul was reached out to, each individual taught the importance of their purpose, and all of them had submitted to the winds of change. things had gone exactly as had been predicted within the Well of Prophecy, and yet Cedric's work was not yet done. He had seen a final face, one shrouded in the murky darkness of the void. He did not shine as the other souls did, yet he was arduous in his purpose. The Jedi Master felt naught but endurance and perseverance in this boy's heart, and it was for that reason that he sought the boy out.

All he had to go on was a face and a name, but that was enough.

Cyan light coalesced into tendrils of wispy blue smoke. The tendrils congealed and twisted in on themselves, knitting slowly into the recognizable form of a human man. The man was translucent, his body bathed in an eerie blue glow. He was clad in battle armor, his face hidden by the mask and heavy hood he wore.

"Hello, [member="Lux Berooken"]. I've been looking forward to meeting you," the figure's voice echoed with an ethereal quality.

Lux had just gotten home from a busy day and he wanted nothing more than to enjoy himself and lay in the backyard of his mansion. He had a great view of a volcano that had longs since been dormant which couldn't be said for most located on Sarapin. Laying on a couch he enjoyed his well deserved rest and relaxation, and just as he was about to go to sleep he heard the voice.

"Hello, Lux Berookenhttp://starwarsrp.net/user/20837-lux-berooken/. I've been looking forward to meeting you,"

To say that he was freaked out was an understament who was this man and more imporantaly how did he get past his security, but he understood that he was not in fact dealing with a normal person. He assumed that whoever he was had to be a force user of some sort hopefully a jedi and not a Sith.

"That's very flattering if I had known that I was going to have a guest I would have had the staff clean up a bit more, and since you know my name i figure it's only right that you tell me yours and maybe why your here?"

This one was the only one of them not touched by the Force. Cedric had thought such to be an oddity, and questioned the validity of the well's judgement. It in turn had questioned his faith, and that had silenced the argument. From what he knew of Lux, the boy was a starling senator, one of the last to retain his loyalties to the Republic during its time of crisis. That loyalty deserved to be awarded, and had been the turning point in Cedric's decision to reach out to him.

The armored warrior folded his arms about his chest as he regarded Lux, flickers of blue light emanating off of his translucent form. "My name is Cedric Grayson. I have been a long standing all of the Republic. I was with the Remnant at its founding, and I fought the Sith Empire alongside my Rebel Alliance to keep them from attacking the fledgling Republic. Since then I have been...busy," he shook his head in disdain.

"I will be returning in due time, Lux. I have seen my coming in the stars. I wished to meet you before I did, so that you might know me before things fall to true chaos."

"Chaos the government had almost completely fallen apart, so if your telling me that things are about to get worse it was a good idea for you to come and see me." He paced and back fourth things were about to get worse and he wasn't sure how much the people could take but he didn't want to walk away from the Republic "I will do my part from a political and leadership standpoint but I am not a fighter I'm a politician. I'll leave the fighting to you and the military but I am committed to the Republic and clearly so are you"

Now that he knew that they weren't out the woods yet he would be more prepared for the upcoming challenges and he could have safeguards put in place so that the system wouldn't collapse for good under the strain. There were still things that needed to be done for the Republic to make a full recovery an economy needed to planned, a Senate needed to be created, a permeant base of operations needed to be established, but those things had to wait until they were out of this mess.

"So tell me, what is this chaos that is coming in our future?"
