You Belong To The Sith (TSE)

Sith Temple, Bastion
Many came and went through the Temples of the Sith Empire. Recently united by the Dark Lord [member="Darth Carnifex"] many Sith began to flock to the Temples on Bastion and Dantooine for knowledge. But not all came willingly. All Force Sensitives were brought to the temple to see their worth for the Sith cause, be it as a Sith or a tool, and the useless were discarded. It was here that Krest, Lord of Trials, awaited the next batch of students to arrive. Most came of their own volition, but there was one he had sent one of his Overseers to collect. Rumors of a Zabrak skilled at hiding themselves in plain sight weren't ignored by the elder Lord.

[member="Koedi_Se'Roc"] was picked up by Larzof, a human knight, who offered no conversation during the trip from Koedi's home. Any resistance was met with swift punishment. No questions would be answered, and the young Zabrak would find himself locked in a small jail aboard the Overseers ship. It was when they arrived to Bastion that Larzof finally spoke.

"Come, now." There was no choice in staying or leaving the ship. Larzof would make him should he resist. Once outside Koedi would be pointed to the large hallway Krest was in as acolytes began to flood in. "Join them, stay silent, and pray."

Koedi walked forward and found himself in the middle of a sea of black robes. As much as he tried, he could not force himself to flee the mass. The current of footsteps was for to great for Koedi to make any directional changes. With no other choice, Koedi walked with the crowd.

The temple was not like anything Koedi had ever seen. The big towering building was radiant with a dark aura that any force sensitive could easily notice. At the top of the steps stood a man clad in black. He, unlike everyone else, seemed of much importance. He seemed like the man pulling the strings behind all of this. As he stood there ominously, Koedi started to feel that strange headache again just like the one he felt at the spaceport at his home.

Koedi fell into the feeling he had used far too often to escape what he wanted to avoid. As he "went dark" he found himself shifting out from within the masses. Desperately hoping no one would notice him, though surely they would, Koedi went to hide.

Koedi knew he was in for a world of hurt.

"You have all came here today," The elder man began once the crowd had gathered. "Because you believe it is your right to be Sith. To hold power untold and join the elite ranks of the Dark Lord himself. Perhaps, even, to become the next Dark Lord yourself." Krest paused, staring out over the group. His gaze fell upon [member="Koedi_Se'Roc"] last, even as he went 'dark'. A grin formed on his lips as he continued.

"You are wrong to think so." Armed guards swarmed out from the various doorways littered in the Great Hall, blaster rifles pointed and primed to kill. All that were gathered had anything they brought; bags or weapons, trinkets, heirlooms, taken forcibly. Those who resisted were beat. Those who tried to fight were quickly overwhelmed by the number of guard Krest brought. Once their belongings were taken the guards stepped back, but kept their guns leveled.

"You will be beaten. You will be broken. You will know hate. You will know fear. And if you survive, you will be worthy of the title of Sith. Until then," There was another pause as the hobbled old man raised a hand right for the invisible acolyte. A crushing sensation would form around his throat followed by a quick tug towards the Lord of Trials. If it succeeded Koedi would dangle before the old man in a Force Choke. "Don't bother trying to hide or escape."

Just as Koedi thought he was on his way off this scum of a planet, Back to his family and back to his old life, a crippling sensation filled his throat and he struggled to find a breath. In an instant, Koedi found himself floating over the massive crowd and towards the elder man on the steps. The mass began to chatter as they watched the young teen Zabrak float. Still unable to breathe, Koedi struggled to force out the words, "No, I was so close."

Here Koedi was, not even five minutes present and already in trouble with the higher-ups. Koedi tried to go dark again, but failed in doing so. He could not control his ability without proper training. Koedi realized he would have to stay to figure out his power, and to figure out himself.

Koedi was now kneeling next to the elder man. He was at the man's mercy now.

A swift kick was thrown for the side of [member="Koedi_Se'Roc"] 's head. Nothing permanently damaging, but enough to hurt. "There is no mercy in the Sith. The weak are killed, the strong become stronger. Many of you will die, and the survivors will be all the better for it. Go, you have your own rooms. Sleep, relax. What ever you wish to before you die." Krest would turn from them all then, even the one he had dragged to the stage. The guards in the room hefted their guns again, and they would be guided to their 'rooms'. They were technically rooms, but there was no door. Their beds were in plain sight, storage, all of it. There would be no hiding.

Koedi was thrown into his "room" as the guards walked away laughing. There were two beds in the room and nothing else. The beds weren't even really beds, they were just stone tables with a thin cloth and straw pillow on top. There were no windows, not even a door. "What else was I expecting from sith?" Koedi asked himself. Koedi sat down on his slab of a bed and threw his head in his hands. What had he done to deserve this? Not only was he taken from his home, he was humiliated in front of everyone that was now his peers. Koedi then thought, "There are two beds in this room. That means I must have a roommate, they might be my one and only shot at friendship here."

Koedi was desperate for companionship in this new place.

Not a moment after [member="Koedi_Se'Roc"] had spoke another figure was thrown into the room alongside him. A lone guard snickered as the small figure huddled into the corner of the room and he muttered under his breath something about not lasting long. He would leave the pair of initiates to themselves, half expecting the Zabrak to kill his new roommate right off the bat. The roommate just sat huddled in the corner, covering his face with a horrific expression on his face.

He was terrified. A small lanky human across from a red skinned Zabrak. A Zabrak just like the head of this temple. He knew the way of the Sith, how the weak would be killed, and here he was, weak. "Y... Y... You won't h...h.." Fear had him overcome with his stutter. He gulped down viciously as he tried to finish his sentence. "H.. Hurt me right?" Less of a question, more of a plea. In this room he already knew who the stronger was, and was almost certain he would be dead by morning.

The young human was obviously terrified out of his mind. He was almost as scared, if not more, than Koedi, if that was possible. Koedi started analyzing the boy, He was decently tall, but incredibly skinny. He obviously was not at the temple by choice. "I guess that's one thing we have in common," Koedi thought.

Koedi stood up, towering in front of the human, he said, "What is your name, how did you get here?" Koedi wanted to know just who he was dealing with.
