SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Dual-Jointed: The mighty legs of the walkers are double jointed which, while mainly allowing them to traverse more rough and diverse terrain, also allows them to 'squat' and 'bend' easily in order to get better angles with which to make use of their weaponry. In some instances this even allows the artillery turret to be used much like any other vehicle cannon, that being to attack targets directly around the walker.
  • Sensor/Communication Suite: Due to the obvious need for accurate intelligence and information regarding targets for artillery fire, the Yozusk walkers boast rather impressive communications arrays and sensor suites. They can coordinate and make use of reconnaissance and sensor data from other sources as well as their own with such efficiency that they are often used as a communications and coordination hub for scouts as well as typical role.
STRENGTHS
  • Variety is Utility: As per usual the design philosophy of utility shines in the weaponry available to the Yozusk walkers. While the artillery cannon and heavy laser cannons are expected, the point-defense turrets aid in fending off threats from the air. Additionally while a mass-driver cannon is standard the artillery turret itself is fairly modular and the armament can be swapped out easily in order to fit most needs,
  • Suites and Arrays: Complex and comprehensive sensor packages and communication suites are integrated into the walkers by default, working perfectly with data from scouts and other sensors or with their own equipment to get a complete picture of a battlefield in real time. This ensures accurate and devastating artillery barrages from small groups or even individual walkers without the need for exhaustive and extensive information networks or simply more artillery for saturation.
WEAKNESSES
  • Heft-Footed: Due to the heavy weight of the walkers, the Yozusks cannot operate in areas with softer or unreliable ground as they would likely sink or topple easily. While theoretically armor and other such non-vital systems could be stripped away to lighten them in such conditions the end result would be far too fragile to be worth deploying and as such they are better limited to battlefields with stable ground.
  • Ants among Giants: With the Yozusks standing roughly three stories tall and having little in the way of dedicated anti-infantry weaponry, groups of infantry or fast vehicles would have few issues moving behind or beneath the walkers and attacking their vulnerable underbellies.
DESCRIPTION
Named for a creature native to Dromund Kaas, the Yozusk Artillery Walker serves as a sort of 'elder sibling' to the lighter and more assault focused K'lor Walker. Meant to operate in the rear and mid-line of a battle the walker fulfills the role of mobile artillery and can even somewhat function as a de-facto command vehicle perfectly. It's surprising speed and heavy armor allow it to operate closer to the front and in some circumstances can even be used in something of an anti-vehicle role as well. While it does need some escort and protection to fend off infantry and faster vehicles, by and large the Yozusk walkers can operate effectively in most battlefield environments even in their standard variant with little to no modifications.

Darth Strosius Darth Strosius , you have uploaded this into Technology Creation being the wrong spot for this kind of submission. If possible, can you re-upload this into the right spot and fill out the vehicle template there. Over all there is nothing wrong with this so once you've done the ol' switch aroo and filled it just give me a ping in the new, get this one archived and the new approved!
