Created by the Lervon some time after the Bryn'adul took over Yurb. Built based off their Y-TIE design, the Y'cepter takes the basic frame of the BTL-S3 Y-wing, and combines it with the engines, wings, and weapons of a TIE Interceptor. This has given the Y'ceptor an immense amount of firepower, particularly when adding to the fact they are often loaded with V-6 "Bolt" Arc Torpedoes or the Cumulonimbus Flextube Arc Cannon. The combination of engines has allowed the fighter to keep a decent speed and agility, and Alusteel armor and heaver deflectors keep her well defended. All these systems are topped of with an advanced scanner and targeting unit, and a high powered reactor the make sure the entire thing can function.
Despite the good things about the Y'ceptor, it does have it's issues. The craft lacks a life support unit, which may not be an issue for Lervon, but can be limiting for other species. The fighter also have some visablity issues, which can be detrimental in a fight. Along with this, the high powered reactor can become unstable when it's been damaged, and could lead to the destruction of the craft.
