Yuroic suffered a devastating lost at Mirial, this was at the hands of a Dark Force user who was a cyborg made from Phrik. This danger spooked Yuroic greatly that he remained hidden within the Silver Jedi Temple for months, unable to face the issues that were affecting the galaxy at large. His mind slowly recovered from this well of depression and self hatred, he used his knowledge of the dangers to create a new arm. One able to cope with the dangers that are faced as a Jedi in a duel with another lightsaber wielder.
Having access to the strong metal, Impervium, Yuroic was able to construct an arm that would be resistant to many weapons that a Jedi would face out on the field of a duel. While there were limitations with it a conductor for electricity and the face that using the Force through the arm was a difficulty, Yuroic felt that the pros outweighed the cons. He was eager to feel whole once more and support the Jedi in all areas that he was best suited for.
