A few minor points:
-the thread hasn't concluded, so the temple's final condition isn't known yet.
-'destroyed in a poorly executed robbery attempt' doesn't really have a lot to do with the raid's objective, conduct, or outcome, so I don't know what you're on about.
-IC, why rebuild an obvious target whose location the enemy knows?
-little tired of you misrepresenting threads everywhere on an OOC level. Spin is fine but keep it IC please.

If people are up for some hard work sekalus can hold said Jedi temple. Small issue though. We'd need to make the dark nexus a lightsode one. 5 writers 50 posts to do so. It's not been targeted now for a few months so I'd say it's safe to do that now.
Please note this is an option and if chosen the five doing the change would have to be dedicated. My hours at work have toned down from 52h a week to 16 due to it been Jan.

Alright so a few things to note: We have not settled down on our planet yet so we can't really do anything as far as construction goes until we get ourselves sorted out first. We do not have a Jedi Order, so there is no real reason for us to rebuild a temple that offers us no benefit on a planet that we have no influence over now. We have Jedi helping us out ICly, but that does not mean we have any claims to things that belong to the Jedi. Let the Orders fix up the temples. We got bigger fish to fry.
Remember that we are a Republic in Exile, so we should be focusing on our own issues until we get built back up.

[member="John Ash"] is correct. At the moment, and likely for a good while in the future, possibly permanently, there is no need for us to have our own Jedi Order. (How's that for number of commas in one sentance. Sheesh!)
Once we establish ourselves on a planet, I see nothing wrong with Jedi and other Light side affiliated people building enclaves and temples and generally being helpful. I also have no issue with Republic resources being used to help Jedi and other Light side affiliated people, once we are settled.
(For this, settled does not mean Major, just means settled in the story sense.)
For the moment, we are more on the path of Battlestar Galactica, a fleet in Exile and all of the desperation that entails. We won't be 'in Exile' for very long, we have a planet in mind and will start things with it once at least one of our Faction threads have wrapped.
We don't want to get the timeline screwy.
