  CHAPTER I - THE PRISONER​
  
  A mysterious prisoner presently residing inside a Jedi holding cell within the Royal Naboo Republic. Zahari Kaan was believed to have once been a Sith before being captured by Jedi of the Shiraya Order, claiming to be the daughter of a wealthy Kainite crime family currently based out of Echnos City and something of a sith "prodigy" being the family's first force sensitive child. With the recent incident involving the betrayal of the city's governor, Darth Anathemous, Zahari has claimed that she was being transferred to Korriban from one of the main academies by the family's orders for fear of her safety, at which point she was captured by the Jedi during a fuel stop.
  
  Zahari has claimed many things, however.
  
  Her captors have found the truth difficult to determine and the young sith seems content to send interrogators on a wild goose chase. Some are given outlandish stories simply to pass the time while others are given cryptic hints that could be seen as nonsense or part of a greater puzzle depending on personal opinions, of which she seems to find highly amusing.
  
  The only things her captors seem sure of is that Zahari displays some inclination towards and even proficiency with the dark side of the force, however she has demonstrated knowledge of powers that are not taught to acolytes of the Jutrand Academy or even common practice among the Sith Order, giving rise to much speculation and rumor.
  
  Furthermore, her cryptic musings indicate some degree of familiarity with The Unblessed, leading to many long hours of frustrating and sometimes pointless interrogation.
