+ Warrior Jai: Zaku was raised in a warrior culture of a minor Dathomiri clan that specialized in warfare. As such he has been trained in melee and ranged weapons, including some that are higher in the technological hierarchy than normal for Dathomiri.
+ Nature Sensitivity: Zaku's force sensitivity is highly attuned to the natural world, making powers and spells that are likewise attuned easier for him to learn and execute
- Dathomiri Prejudice: Being raised as a Dathomiri, Zaku is hesitant around new technologies, not always adapting to them quickly.
- The finer things: Since Zaku left Dathomir, he has been introduced to the 'finer' things in life and he enjoys them a bit too much.
BIOGRAPHY:
Zaku Gardner is the son of Eladri Gardner (Mother, Half Eldorai/Half Dathomiri Human) and Terumbe Gardner (Father Full Dathomiri Human). He was born in the forested hinterlands of Dathomir, deep within Mandalorian territory. He was raised with a unique education, by both Galactic and Dathomiri standards. He was a member of a small clan named the Rolling Hills clan. The Rolling Hills clan was far more tolerant of outside influence than most Dathomiri clans, and was reviled by most on both sides of the Allya/Night divide for their unorthodox practices.
When Zaku was twelve, his clan was attacked in a night raid, his parents and he were able to escape aboard a freighter piloted by one of their off world students. The remainder of the Rolling Hills clan was either absorbed by the attacking clans or destroyed. Zaku and his parents went forward with their lives in exile, traveling where they felt the need to and providing assistance with Dathomiri magics and other force powers that they learned along their journeys.
Zaku's parents are now dead, passed away in their beds peacefully, knowing that they had trained their son to be a conscientious force wielder and warrior. Zaku is able to defend himself with most weapons, as well as with the force. He maintains a small tramp freighter that his family lived on in their travels, partly as an homage to them and partly out of not knowing anything else.
