BIOGRAPHY:
Zangoff grew up as a lonely orphan on Tatooine. He had no recollection of his parents. Over the years of his childhood, he had learned to fend for himself, competing with the other lowlifes for food, shelter, and clothing. He was always a natural at fighting. He had to be. The way the young Zabrak lived, it was fight or die.
At seventeen, he caught the eye one day of a Mandalorian who had been passing through at the time. From then on, the man had taken Zangoff under his wing. He taught him the proper way to fight, how to hunt and survive. But most importantly he taught him honor. Four years later, Zangoff was inducted into the Mandalorians. Crafting his own set of armor, and forging a title for himself, he had finally had a true family.
Though he was honored to be a part of the greatest warriors in the galaxy, Zangoff became thrilled with the concept of money. This obsession led him to become a bounty hunter. Spanning the galaxy, he quickly made a name for himself. People feared him. He was rich. What more was there to offer?
Eleven years into the trade, Zangoff had made quite a life for himself. He was free of his past. However, he hadn't contacted or visited the Mandalorians in some time. Connections were strained. But who was he to care? He had money, he could do whatever he thought.
All of this had been on his mind one afternoon when he was resting in a bar. There was some commotion going on, and two men had gotten into a scuffle. It was no big deal, it happened all the time. After about ten minutes, some others were involved, and he began to get agitated. Pressing a gun to the back of one of their heads, he asked the man to walk off and take the fight somewhere else. That's when everything changed. The other man had apparently been a pirate, and he shot flesh eating acid into Zangoff's face. He survived his fatal wound, but at a price. The acid had taken away half of his face, and required it to be replaced with cybernetics. In a primal rage, Zangoff tracked down the name of the pirate. Ironwolf. He would have his revenge.
Four months later, he received a call. The voice had refused to tell him who he was, just to meet him at a cantina. Once he arrived, the man introduced himself as RC 212, who was in the process of starting a new pirate organization. To Zangoff's surprise, he was the same man who had fought against Ironwolf on that dreadful day when he lost his face. Reluctantly, he accepted RC's offer and joined his crew. Revenge was more important than honor. On that day, Zangoff renounced the teachings of the Mandalorians and became Captain of RC's Raiders, and of his own destiny. Vengeance would be his, he would make sure of it.
