    HISTORY
Zara Saga's life began amidst the humid shadows of Dromund Kaas's untamed jungles, born into a secluded Sith Witch coven. Her idyllic childhood, steeped in ancient lore and arcane practices, ended abruptly at ten when raiders – brutal mercenaries seeking power and profit – ravaged their village. The elders were slaughtered, their knowledge lost to the flames, and the children, including Zara, were abducted. Torn from her home and family, she was transported to the icy wasteland of Lorrd, a world as desolate as her future seemed.

Sold into the infamous Slave Pits of Lorrd, a repurposed gladiatorial arena, Zara endured brutal servitude. Forced to fight for the amusement of sadistic patrons, she was subjected to relentless physical and emotional torment. Her spirit, however, remained unbroken, a flickering ember in the chilling darkness. This inner strength caught the attention of Lady Nocturne, the formidable wife of Diarch Reign, who sensed Zara's latent Force abilities. At twelve, Lady Nocturne purchased Zara's freedom, an act that marked a turning point in her life, though the transition was far from smooth.

Zara, fiercely independent and resistant to any perceived authority, initially fought against her rescuer. Only when a slaver knocked her unconscious did the transaction finally conclude.

Zara awoke days later in The Crucible of Order on Bastion, the prestigious Sith Academy, disoriented and deeply distrustful. Her initial defiance challenged the order of the Academy, resulting in several confrontations with guards and fellow Initiates before she was finally subdued and brought before Lady Nocturne. Under the Grandmaster's watchful eye, a carefully constructed relationship began to build — a series of measured meetings punctuated by periods of confinement, allowing Zara time to process the horrors she'd endured. Slowly, trust, earned not given, began to blossom. Zara, though still haunted by the trauma of her past, eventually accepted her place as an Initiate within the Academy.

At the age of fourteen, Zara stood before the Praetor Masters, a tremor of defiance battling the fear in her heart. The air crackled with the raw power emanating from her – a darkness she'd always felt, a simmering anger that now throbbed with potential. The Oath of the Brotherhood, a vow to serve the Diarchy above all else, was offered not as a choice, but a necessity. Her potent dark side abilities, a terrifying gift and a dangerous liability, were too significant to ignore. The Masters saw not a threat, but a weapon to be honed. With a clenched fist and a voice barely a whisper, Zara swore the oath, accepting the burden and the path. Her journey as an Oathsworn began, a dance between the darkness within and the Diarchy's meticulously structured control, her newfound power channeled not for destruction, but for the cold, calculated betterment of their regime.

    (Praetor School Zara)

Despite her newfound training and the potential for power, Zara remains deeply scarred. The bonds she forms are tentative, her trust fragile. While she dedicates herself to her training, driven by a burning desire for vengeance against those who wronged her, the ghosts of Lorrd's Slave Pits continue to haunt her every step. Her journey is not simply one of mastering the Force, but of reclaiming her life, piece by agonizing piece, from the ashes of her stolen past.

    Appearance
Zara Saga stands at a relatively slight 5'4", her blonde hair, usually unbound, catching the light with a surprising vibrancy that contrasts sharply with the shadowed intensity in her amber eyes. These eyes, a startling, glowing blue, hold a depth that belies her teenage years; they seem to burn with a knowledge both ancient and unsettling. However, the delicate beauty is marred by the brutal history etched onto her back and arms. Multiple scars, thick and pale, crisscross her skin, a grim testament to a past life spent in servitude. These scars, some old and faded, others newer and still angry-looking, are a stark counterpoint to the ethereal glow of her eyes, a constant reminder of the strength she has found within the brokenness.

    Personality

Zara Saga is a study in contradictions, a whisper of a storm. On the surface, she's quiet, almost invisible, a shadow clinging to the edges of conversations. Her eyes, though, hold a depth that belies her reserved demeanor; a chilling intelligence flickers within them, perpetually assessing, calculating. The years spent as a slave have etched themselves onto her soul, leaving a residue of distrust that clings to her like a second skin. She rarely offers a smile, and genuine warmth feels like a foreign concept, a dangerous luxury she can't afford.

But beneath the quiet façade lurks a cunning mind, sharp as a viper's fang. Zara is a master manipulator, her quietness serving as a perfect camouflage for her machinations. She observes, she listens, she learns; gathering information like a spider spinning its web, patiently weaving intricate plans to achieve her goals. Morality is a fluid concept to Zara; it's a tool to be used, discarded, or twisted to her advantage, depending on the situation. Loyalty is a transaction, not an emotion, and she'll betray anyone – friend or foe – without hesitation if it serves her purpose. She understands power, craves it fiercely, and she'll do whatever it takes – lie, cheat, steal, even kill – to climb to the top, leaving a trail of broken trust and discarded pawns in her wake. Her past has not broken her; it has forged her into something ruthless and undeniably effective.
