PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Zarion Threx is an inquisitive, considerate, and sometimes ponderous. Zarion believes, in some manner, in the virtues of the B'omarr Order. Where Zarion Threx diverges from the B'omarr is that he believes cybernetic augmentation is the key to alleviating suffering. The compassionate future is inevitably one of organic integration into cybernetic bodies.
STRENGTHS
- Holonet Integration: He is equipped with a receiver that allows him to utilize the Holonet remotely.
- Cyborg Body: His body is made of an armor-grade Durasteel. His hands are equipped with repulsor emitters, similar to the output of Clone Commando repulsor gauntlets. Zarion is quite strong, able to lift impressive weight without damage to his artificial joints.
- Personal Wealth: Zarion has a fair amount of credits to his name which enables him to navigate the Galaxy at a higher standard than the average denizen, though not by enough to be considered one of the Galactic elite.
WEAKNESSES
- Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP): Zarion's entire being is almost completely cybernetic, requiring a large amount of electric digital signals to operate. Scrambling or disrupting those signals can cause him harm. This renders him vulnerable to anti-Droid weaponry such as Ion weapons.
- Unresponsive to Organic Medicine: Given that Zarion's organic body is almost completely gone aside from his mind, the miracles of Kolto and Bacta are useless for treating his ailments. He requires specialized care from cyberneticists.
HISTORY
Originally from Coruscant, Zarion Threx was born to a somewhat wealthy family of interstellar merchants. Later on in his adult life he became exposed an illness that rapidly impacted his quality of life, mandating the intervention of cybernetic implants to replace damaged organs. Learning about the venerable B'omarr Order and their extreme bodily modifications and their use of droid bodies to move about their environment Zarion saw his chance at rebirth. In short order Zarion Threx had shed his organic body in favor of a highly capable artificial one. The rumors are that only his brain still resides as a reminder of his previous existence. While others gossip that his mind was transferred to a droid body via long forgotten and taboo technology - though these are both equally rumor as the records of his transformation are conspicuously thin.
