  • Primary Source: [X] [X]
PRODUCTION INFORMATION
  • Manufacturer: Nargath Holdings
  • Affiliation: Closed Market
  • Model: ZEUS Mk II
  • Modularity: No
  • Production: Mass Production
  • Material: Infinium 01458 Outer shell, Ersteel 145 bits and pieces, Electronic miniature generator, memory crystals, electronic code, programming, digits.
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • High decision making capacity
  • High tactical advancements and calculus
  • Advanced knowledge on psychology and how to deal with it
  • Able to retain contact with other ZEUS and KRONOS AI within a 100km radius
  • Highly resistant to conventional slicing and hacking devices due to unique electromagnetic induction principle of data transfer.
  • Built in technology coupler
  • Poisonous to the touch
STRENGTHS
  • Dependable droid core: It has little to no inherent flaws in regards to its operational system, with decent intelligence granted to any and all droid using the ZEUS mk II as its core, but logical enough to avoid the intelligence to become a hassle and bound to the robotic laws to prevent it from irrational behavior. It's multitude of high and advanced skills prove it to be a very useful and dependable core in any and all droids, vehicles and ships alike.
  • Compact: The use of electromagnetic currents to transfer data through the transferance of heat or induction rather than a whole heap of wires and memory crystals, makes it so that the ZEUS mk II droid core is as compact if not even more compact than it's predecessor namesake, counteracting the weight of especially the use of Infinium as one of its main components.
  • Hard to crack: Due to its unique system of data accumulation, storage and transferance, it is already pretty hard to crack with conventional slicing methods and tools compared to other droid cores and AI, but adding in the fact that this can not be performed wireless is a whole different ballgame due to the fact that in a hand on approach, the slicer or hacker has to be aware of the very poisonous nature of the Infinium outer shell.
WEAKNESSES
  • Poisonous: The Infinium 01458 outer shell is extremely poisonous, thus making hands on repairs or adjustments rather dangerous, given that the result of thispoisoning is not something which anyone would want to live through. It also impedes emergency repairs in times of crisis.
  • Central: Though hard to destroy both from up close and afar, the fact remains that the ZEUS system is extremely centralized, meaning that if the core is destroyed, there is no such thing as a back up except if there were more than one core in a certain object, though this rarely, if ever really occurs.
DESCRIPTION
The ZEUS Mk II, just like its predecessor is built with the original KRONOS project in mind, but thanks to the knowledge gained of the first ZEUS model, the process has been refined and the droid core improved, while the posibility of building it in far greater numbers has also granted numerous advantages in the Nargath Holding's bid for larger production droid models, as this used to be a bit of a flaw when entering such an aggressive market. Alas, it has also been discovered that the droid cores of the ZEUS Mk II type and by extension the Mk I as well, are poisonous to the touch due to the infinium 01458 outer shell, which is both a strength and a weakness in the long run.

Using an electric current to run through the infinium, the shell protects the core of the ZEUS AI, while generating an electromagnetic field which through some help of Ersteel 145 inductor and connector rods is being utilized to tranfer data and programming, allowing for a smooth and easy operation of the system, but at the same time making it very hard for conventional cable, wired and even wireless technology to force a connection without proper understanding of the system.
