- Appearance: Average size with fairly normal features... Zhang was chosen by the Metsuka because of her plainness and her ability to pass through a crowd. Her appearance is meant to be seen but hen blend back into the crowd and be forgotten about just as quickly with mid length black hair oiled and scented like most Atrisian females. Dark eyes and pale skin but without make up, carefully trimmed nails and cared for hands. Usually wearing a form of Asuka class combat armor when she is protecting Kioshi with her side arm and rifle. Her body is well muscled from combat experience and from her mothers side she has thicker muscles.

- Personality: Calculating and obsessive, Zhang is not one to waste time or words when she has a job to do and she will strongly push to complete her goal. She has a razor like focus and determination to protect her charge as well as the betterment of her planet. Often to the point of appearing like a zealot rather then a normal person.

- Combat Function: To serve primarily as the bodyguard to the Sansin Kioshi for threads involving her. Outside of situations such as meetings she doesn't appear if her charge is not in trouble.

- Special Training: While trained in basic combat as a soldier, Zhang is more specific in her training and better at being behind the scenes when a battle is going on and distractions happen or when facing dow one on one with enough time to prepare. Surprise and numbers go against what she is able to specifically handle.
- Her steadfast loyalty and adherence to the Commonwealth can present as zealotous nationalism to the point of a fervent madness.
Born from a union between a horselord and farmer... something that rarely ends well given how secrative the horselords of Atrisia are. Zhang was largely outcast from her home being left on her fathers doorstep and not knowing much about her mother save she had been a marauding horselord on the borders. Over the years she would from time to time find small things.. trinkets, cloaks with hundreds of feathers but she never embraced her mothers side of things. Instead she went to school when it was revealed the Atrisian empire was rising again and she wanted to be a part of it but it fell soon afterwards. Instead she was recruited from school with interest by a mentor.
In school her life was difficult, she was considered a big girl and taller then most of her class. Her father worked to keep her from being a troublemaker but she was always getting into fights which attracted the wrong attention and soon enough as she was in high school she was in the wrong room with people offering her a lot of credits to act as an enforcer for them. She looked much older then sixteen and she went out on the job citing how much she was making and there was a raid. She fought the prefecture police forces and bashed in one of their armors before being taken down. The judge wanted to put her in prison but she was sent to a military reform school instead.
The military school she was sent to wasn't well known but it was overseen by the Metsuka... a part intelligence service and supposed branch of the military believed to order stationary and office supplies but in reality the recruited and trained those who had the potential. Zhang was first trained how to obey and then she was trained in a deep rooted nationalism... not brainwashing per say but more fervor that she would do anything for the betterment of Atrisia and its interests. Trained with weapons, innovative designs and engineering she could cannibalize field kits and in some cases use household items to do any number of things.
She was eventually sent on missions for the Resistance against occupying forces of the one sith and their warlord who was put on the world. Tasked with a small team of Metsuka for disrupting operations in a region they liberated The Facility as training ground in the past for operatives of a certain calibur that had been turned into a birthing creche under the sith leader in charge of the world. Her small team worked to take out their operations from the ground up hunting the overseers and then moving to trusted officials. IOt took some time but they managed to do it and disrupted operations within the region.
She continued and worked with the resistance more as they worked to restore Atrisia to the people by getting he offworlders out of positions to lord over them. She fought offworlders who were attacking Xam'chi and destroying the palace with several other Metsuka which proved to be one of the more dangerous situations as despite several being recruited from around the galaxy they were given purpose and family. A place of honor which worked to ensure their loyalty to the cause of stopping imperial order infiltrators that were coming after them. She was later assigned by the empress to be a bodyguard to one of the Sansin in Xam'chi while it was being rebuilt.
At first she didn't understand why she was being assigned as a bodyguard but there was a certain charm... no it was a form of charisma from Kioshi... the girl had been injured and she refused implants because it would be hiding what happened to her from offworlders. She used it to inspire and show the dangerous nature of not being careful... and she was put in charge of meeting with them and negotiating trade on the world. She might have been the best for the approach as she didn't trust them easily. Zhang was impressed i many ways and gladly protected her in the deals seeing if there was any danger.
As Xam'chi improved and started to fully rebuild she worked on many of the things such as security for the Sansin... setting up a network of counter insurgency operatives after rumors of offworlders trying to throw wrenches into them under the guise of new imperial works... which was strange since Atrisia was more Imperial then most worlds with its emperor and empress but sure why not. Defensive measures around the city that sees the Sansin moved to secondary and tertiary locations either around the city or in different wards and several Metsuka who operate within the city itself quietly blending in with the different offworlder species.
