APPEARANCE:
Standing at a little over two meters tall and being more than a meter wide at the shoulders, Zhao is a large creature. While possessing the 'normal' amount of fingers and toes, each nail is actually a retractable claw that is used in climbing the trees of his races arboreal habitat. He has vibrant green eyes and black and white fur in a slightly mottled pattern. He is typically seen wearing earth tone clothing in the style of his people, button up shirt over similar colored pants; straw or lotu stalk conical hat and either sandals or boots.
BIOGRAPHY:
Zhao was born into a monastic community of Erevan on his homeworld, a world that has yet to be truly explored by the wider galaxy, called Three Leaves Over Mountains Monastery. The monastery placed a great emphasis on the community, rather than the individual, and as such Zhao was raised to be self-sacrificing and patient. The training at Three Leaves Over Mountains Monastery placed a great emphasis on being mentally and physically balanced and prepared to defend oneself and ones ideals, which has lead Zhao to be an extremely talented martial artist. At the age of thirty-three, Zhao traveled to the lone space port on the planet and left. He felt the winds calling him to wander, and has done so for four years. He has traversed a large chunk of the galaxy, utilizing his patience and clever tongue to get himself out of tight spots, resorting to more physical means only as a last resort.
