DESCRIPTION

Named after the Sith Pure-Blood caste of Sith engineers, Zuguruk, the Zuguruk Artificer’s Guild is a Sith Manufacturing and Artificer Guild that is the production arm of the Qotsisajakaar (Order of the Keepers of the Sith Code).

The Guild is run by a board of Arch Zuguruks who are Sith Lords that act as Guild-Masters. It is by their direction, under the directives of the Lord of the Qotsisajakaar Order, that projects for production operations are administered. Below them are the Artificer Zuguruks [pictured left] - the various Sith/Sith Lords who conduct the various sectors of production. In junction with the Sith are Non-Sith members, such as the Artificer Engineers who command the Engineer Corps below them. They are the ones who work, produce, and manage the production operations. The Guild is funded by a series of financial patrons (such as Gat Tambor from the Technoid Manufactorum), in return they are made Guild Patriarchs and are given the privilege of access to Guild blueprints for their use.

The Guild is based aboard Darth Voyance's Dark Praxeum - the mobile fortress and Sith academy of the Qotsisajakaar. They go where Praxeum goes. Currently, they are based on Sepulcher, the secret world of the Qotsisajakaar. There they use a specially purchased mobile spacedock station (from Gat Tambor) and the production facility built beneath Basilica Prime to create their products and starships.

RATIONALE
This corporation is the product of RP within the Qotsisajakaar and RP with Gat Tambor - in which Darth Voyance procures the spacedocks and builds the Dark Praxeum. In addition, this will be coupled with the submission of the faction world Sepulcher to expand RP into more plots about commerce, industry, scientific experimentation, and Sith shadow plots. The Guild will also act as a RP base for those members who want to RP more scientific/alchemist Sith. This will be their sandbox as well as the vessel by which faction factory subs are made.
