Description:
ZygoteZero for Men was created in order to introduce an easy accessible method of male birth control in the galaxy. Unlike its female friendly counterpart, ZygoteZero for Men doesn’t offer as many contraceptive choices given the lack of research for preventing the man’s part in pregnancy. The main ingredient in ZyogteZero for Men in the Jungae Flower—a plant native to the jungles of Drongar that has been used by the natives as a natural form of birth control. Though the plant itself is relatively safe, its delicate structure causes it to wither easily and lose its effectiveness if not in a properly controlled environment. As such, it can only be found in the innermost jungle areas of Drongar where is grows naturally. Removing the plant from its environment can cause it to wither in a day, yielding its desired properties of preventing conception inert. During the Silver Jedi dominion of Drongar, Joza Perl happened across the plant and procured a sample. After bringing it to Vhysis Labs, the plant was put under research in an attempt to reveal the mechanism of its contraceptive properties.
It was discovered that the Jungae Flower houses a restrictive enzyme that specifically targets the genetic material of spermatozoa. This enzyme—DNase—works to cleave the bonds in the DNA backbone, leaving the haploid genetic material useless and effectively rendering the spermatozoa unable to fertilize. From the Drongar Samples, Vhysis was able to grow their own cache of Jungae Flowers in a carefully controlled environment for harvest of the enzyme. Thus, the Jungae Flower isolate became the main ingredient in ZygoteZero for Men.
Currently, only the pill form of ZygoteZero for Men is available. Most patients are recommended to take one pill a day, though larger species or those with a lightning fast metabolism may be advised to take a double dose daily. It can take up two weeks of proper use for the pill to become fully effective, and continued punctual doses are necessary to maintain the drug’s effect. If one dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as remembered, and the drug’s effectiveness could be compromised. In the case of missed doses, it may take up to two weeks for ZygoteZero for Men to become completely effective again.
While it is assumed that ZygoteZero for Men does not alter hormone levels, some men have reported mood swings, changes in libido and an increased frequency of headaches during the first few months of use. These symptoms can be mild to moderate, and typically disappear after three months of continued use. ZygoteZero for Men does not terminate conception, and should not be taken as a means to terminate pregnancy.
