Dax stood before the holoprojector aboard the Revenant Dawn, arms held behind his back, shoulders cocked back slightly, just enough to seem somewhat professional, despite his not very professional dress.  The man didn't own anything fancy after all, he wasn't the kind to attend balls and what not.  The red light on the control console of the communicator began to flash, signaling it was recording.  And so he spoke,

"To whomever it may concern at GenTech,  I find myself in need of your services in growing and replacing a set of organs due to wounds obtained during battle.  If you could respond to my message in a duly matter, It'd be very much appreciated.  Dax Fyre, Jedi Knight."

And with that, he pressed the red blinking light, turning the recorder off and sending the message to its recipients at GenTech.  When the man had said he was a Jedi...well it wasn't entirely the truth.  But he was no Sith either.  At least, not yet...his only concern now though was to replace the faulty cybernetics in his body with what would hopefully be an actually functioning stomach...oh to eat normally again would be amazing.

Rashae's staff were fairly efficient. It was not perfect, but she was working on that. Training and continuing education were mandatory attendance. Claude, her flamboyant marketing and advertising expert, notified her of the long range communication by a .. Dax Fyre. He was a known force user said Claude's sources. He could not name a Jedi order. Nicolas Thorne was out of reach in communication to ask him. Rashae sat back and thought for several moments. Galactic Corporate did not usually deal with a force user. They were so science heavy that by and large they shunned the existence of the force.

Not that she was particularly a believer in the force, but history has proven time and time again that a rare few people could weild this ambiguous unseen thing they call the force. Those very words 'The Force' was simple and jarring at the same time. Rather pretentious words as well she thought. Replacement organs were something she was developing a market for and this might be a good thing. The paranoid side of her wanted to ensure that I wasn't a trick. That what John Ash was for. When she didn't feel safe, he ensured that she was indeed safe.John would probably think she was being silly and overly cautious.Old wounds died hard.

Rashae went to communications to answer the message. The voice behind it was velvet but icy. “Knight Dax Fyre, this is Doctor Rashae Lovous, owner and creator of GenTech. Within here are the coordinates to my facility. There are a number of questions and examinations we must do in order to determine suitability to perform these procedures. I encourage you to follow all security protocols. “ The last sentence had more emphasis to it to ensure he understood the seriousness of the matter. The coordinates would lead the man to Pii V. The precautions relayed to be necessary was moderate to heavy cold gear.

There were only a few things that made John utterly paranoid. Naboo, Coruscant, and space wizards. When it came to those three things, he found himself slipping into worst case scenario mode and just waiting for poodoo to hit the ventilation fans. So when Rashae asked him to guard her while she met with a Dax Fyre ,who seemed to be a known space magician, he immediately began to prepare for it. The first thing he did was he made a very quick trip back to his home on Nar Shaddaa to get a few supplies. With them gathered up, he headed straight for the GenTech facilities on Pii 5. There was little time to prepare for the potential disaster that was coming their way, and he needed to squeeze as much into it as he could.

John walked into Rashae's office wearing his Ashwalker Duster with his Ashfallen rifle slung across his shoulder. He had a pistol in both holsters and looked like someone about to head off to the front lines. He walked up to the young doctor as he rummaged through one of his pouches. He said as he got close to her, " Snow I need you to take these bracelets and put them on. Keep them on at all times, You can have them too." He pulled a pair of bracelets out of his pouch and held them out to her to take from him.

After Rashae had them, John began to go through his pouch again. He pulled out a mask that could cover the mouth and nose. As he held it up for her to see clearly, he said, " Keep this mask on hand where you can quickly and easily get it up to your face. If you see me making a move of any kind put it on. This is very important. Do it no matter what. Got that?" He then held it out for her to take from him. His face was not visible right now as his helmet covered it, but his tone from within it was dead serious. It was a level of seriousness that Rashae likely hadn't heard from him before.

Dax was surprised when he'd received a response within a couple days.  And even more surprised when the response was from the companies owner and creator no less.  'Making me feel special now are you...' he thought with dry sarcasm as he listened to the message.  Aside from the usual spiel about needing to undergo examinations and interviews and the like, one particular phrase stood out.

"I encourage you to follow all security protocols."

It wasn't just the statement itself that caught the man's attention.  It was the way it was said.  The tone.  The Rogue guessed the woman didn't quite buy into the bit about him being a Jedi Knight.  No matter...he'd just try extra hard to stay on the woman's good side.

Dax prepped the Dawn to make its voyage from to the planet at the attached co-ordinates.  As he pushed forward the lever to jump into hyperspace, the stars bursting into streams of light, the man read the terrestial data of the planet.  He hadn't heard of it before.  "Feth!" A cold planet...

Cold was good for work in genetics. Fortunately she also had found a stable seismic location where she could also take advantage of geothermals. Rashae herself was not particularly fond of the cold, but her work did. Nestled in a basin between mountain peaks, in a nice hidey hole was the facility. It was a neat , three section type set up. Rows of green houses with a large 'factory' looking building and one up on a higher spot that the staff said simply as research and development. Doctor Lovous directed her staff to prepare a conference room for the initial visit as any other business contracts were held.

The Doctor put on the bracelets that John had provided and tucked the mask in one of the larger pockets of her lab coat. John was actually a bit frightening to her at the moment he issued these commands. They were commands he leveled at her in a way where no was not an option. Part of her wasn't too thrilled with it, but the larger side of her held it in high esteem. After what Galactic Corporate did to her, this was a good compromise. Rashae would do precisely what John told her to do in these circumstances. Science was her thing, security was his thing. Claude couldnt find anything on this Dax Fyre as far as corporations go. He could be a true patient and client.

When Claude saw John in his devil went down to Georgia, im fixing to kick serious arse type outfit, he about swooned as he clasped his boyfriend Jeffery. “oh John John John, be still my heart. “ In his flamboyant way. “Jeffery darling, take notes. Maybe we can do that .. “ as he finished it whispered in jeffery's ear as the two of them giggled like school girls.

Rashae rolled her eyes. “Gentlemen, focus please. “ If the woman had but a credit for everytime she had to reign in those two, she would have a secondary account well filled with credits.

A state of the art examination table was set up in the custom section of the facility. Rashae was nervous as she sat at the table with John looming over like a panther ready for someone to make the slightest bad move. This Mr Fyre brought a rather large ship into orbit. She didn't know he had that large of a ship. The rest of her security staff gave strict guidelines and instructions to shuttle down at specific coordinates at a specific landing pad. The compound was situated on some 300 acres of mountains and evergreens. It was sparse and cold.

A general purpose land rover with security personnel would drive Dax Fyre to the factory buildings. The entrance would be a fortified entry way. You would think the facility was prepared for an invasion. Dax would find himself frisked but allowed to keep his lightsaber only. Though this was seen as inadvisable, Rashae had an inkling that those sabers were important to force users of something other than a weapon. After her talks with Master Thorne, Jedi were a curiosity. It was not so to John for some reason. Dax would be escorted to a small conference room where Rashae was sitting at the head of.

The young doctor stood up. Dax Fyre would see a rather beautiful woman of blue black raven hair and icy blue eyes. The hair was severely done up to be out of the way. She was in a white lab coat and midnight blue attire underneath. Her skin was flawless and sunkissed as full lips of the color of Alderaanean wine spoke. “Knight Dax Fyre, I presume. “ The voice was velvet but icy. “Welcome to GenTech. I am Doctor Rashae Lovous, This is my security consultant, John Ash. My Marketing and advertising team, Claude and Jeffery. “ John would loom over her like a protective shroud. The icy lady waited for John to do whatever actions or functions he deemed appropriate. She looked at a tablet as she started preparing to take notations. “Please, have a seat.” She offered with a wave of her hand towards the other end. "I wont waste time over flowery words or disinterested rhetoric or diplomatic phrases that mean little to nothing. From your missive you have organs replaced by cybernetics but are not functioning properly and you want.. new real organs?” She looked back at the man as those icy eyes leveled at him. “Is that correct?”

Doctor Lovous did not possess much of a bedside manner. The industrious woman had staff for that. Rashae was thorough, brilliant and efficient. Learning diplomacy was being a pain but one she was striving to be better at. Still, the woman preferred direct as it wasted little time. If his stomach was giving that much trouble, then time was not a luxury. Claude was a flamboyantly dressed individual with a slightly less flamboyant man next to him. Both of them were giving Dax eyes of a different sort than John's serious appraisal of the force user's threat level.

There was little John could do other than shadow Rashae and make sure she didn't get into any trouble here. Claude and Jeffery were as, entertaining, as they always were when John came into the room around them. He didn't know what it was about those two that made them so interested in him, but he never seemed to fail at getting a reaction from them. It was almost as if it was their job to make him feel uncomfortable and desire to be as physically close to the young doctor as possible. They looked at him the way nexu looked at bark rats. So he made doubly sure to stick to Rashae as closely as possible until it was announced that this Dax Fyre had arrived.

John always kept within arm's length of Rashae while he let her handle her business. He was her main, and only, investor so he likely would be allowed to have a say here if he wanted to. He might have that privilege, but he didn't have that right as far as he was concerned. No, he just kept his eyes on the space wizard at all times. He would have rather the man was completely stripped of all his weapons, but that was a judgement call by Rashae to let him keep his lightsaber. It was a foolish move since there was little that could stop the thing and none of those materials were being worn here. But despite all of the things he would have and did advise against, he kept his mouth shut the moment the space magician arrived. His job from this moment on was just to keep his eyes on both Rashae and Dax while they did their business. He would only be needed if things became hostile.

Dax guided the Protector Class Corvette in to the prescribed landing pad.  The flight personnel who had directed the Rogue towards the pad had been a little less than friendly.  A trait the Knight was quickly getting used to.  Guess they all didn't like Forcers...Just in case they really didn't like Forcers Dax elected to leave his knife and slugthrower aboard the Dawn, carrying only his saber.  He wasn't about to risk getting shot due to some sort of miscommunication.  He had enough problems as it was.

The cold bit into the man even through the ridiculous amount of winter gear he was wearing.  The man looked like a Talz underneath it all, and he was sure that the drivers were laughing at him beneath all their own coverings.  As the monumental walls came into view the man suddenly understood all the hostile mannerisms that he'd received thus far.  Everyone here was fething paranoid.  As he stepped off a man began to pat the Rogue down and he had suppress the urge to make a lewd joke at the man who's hands were wandering a little too close to a particular area that Dax kept reserved for his lady of which the man most certainly was not.

As he entered what Dax assumed was the woman's office he was greeted by a fully armored fellow who looked like a bounty hunter straight back from a hunt, two other men who actually looked like they didn't want to kill him,  and a pretty woman who'd just stood up, the one from the holo.  After a brief greeting she fired instantly into business.  Dax sat in the chair that was offered him and covered one hand with the other in his lap as leaned back in a lazy and relaxed fashion.  In truth the man was on edge.  The bounty hunter looked ready to kill despite his facial features being hidden behind his helmet.

"Yes that's correct" Dax responded, nodding his head slightly, "The doctor told me it was some sort of experimental cybernetic.  Not quite perfect.  Given we were being shot at by FO ships, I wasn't about to complain.  In hindsight, I shoulda asked what kinda complications there could be."

The Doctor made no apologies for the security precautions. She did listen intently to his direct but short statements in response to her initial inquiry. Her brow pinched together as her focus reverted to the problem instead of her paranoia. It was not hard to see the complexity of the gears in the lady's thought processes were getting busy. The lady got up suddenly and walked to Dax as she pulled out a medical scanner. It went through its cycle. She punched a few things in as it went through another cycle of scans.

“Not quite perfect is an understatement. “ Her thumb went to his eyes as she would move to lift an eye lid to peer at his eyes. She would do the same thing for the other one. Rashae was a lovely woman. She smelled equally as lovely when up close. “Lets get you back to examination. “ She said bluntly and directly. “Sooner rather than later. “

One of her medical staff would move to the side who was far more amicable than her boss. She would apologize and softly request in a easy manner to take him towards the medical part of the facility. Her medical staff was as kind as could be. “Please put on the medical attire and put your lightsaber somewhere. It may confuse the scans. “ This was all said with a smile as the lady disappeared to give him privacy. This may take several minutes before Rashae appeared at his side just as suddenly as she got up to take a closer look at him. If he was not attired as she thought he should be, Rashae gave no indication of noticing. John shadowed her every move as irritating as it might be to him that she had no regard for security at the moment.

The doctor and scientist was in a zone. She had a problem presented to her and that had her in a particular head space that was not thinking of safety or anything else. She started pushing buttons on the state of the art medical bed to begin scans and blood drops were taken. Just a couple of drops were needed. There was a sigh as the medical part came in before the genetics parts.

“Sam get me that cybernetics guy we just got. This thing is confusing me. “ She said with some irritation as the lady that spoke to him before nodded her head and went to request the person she wanted to make an appearance. The blood work had shown signs of malnutrition all over the place. She was surprised the guy was standing actually.

“How long ago was installation of this.. thing?” She said as she pointed at the image of the experimental cyber stomach thing. Another set of images had his blood, chemical and fluid medical panels. Another set of images had his genetics in processing. She waited for him to answer without looking at the man. It wasn't that she was being rude, she was thinking. Why did a stomach need to be cybernetics. Its job was simple. Break food down so the intestines could absorb nutrients. It wasn't rocket science. This to her appeared to be over complicated.

Several minutes later a thin nerdy type male showed up. “Nortonee, I need a diagnostic on this thing. Its a custom experimental job. “

She pointed towards the image of the stomach. His eyes widened and was like a kid in a candy store. “Careful, patient said its not functioning properly. “ The guy nodded as he went to a different console to interface with the object to attempt a diagnostic of the device. Hopefully it would respond to standard diagnostic requests for medical reasons.

The genetics finished processing as the Doctor looked at it intently. “Interesting, he is a hybrid. Start an IV Sam. “ She asked her current medical assistant as she turned to Dax. Sam started putting an IV in to begin fluids at a minimum.

“Knight Fyre, you are grossly under nourished. I think it is producing nutrition for a human and neglecting the other half of your genetics. But that's theory at the moment. “ She leaned against the edge of the console as she looked at him as she took a long breath in and exhaled. “I will need to take cell samples from various spots in your abdomen. It will be a painless procedure. If I can find any residual stomach tissue, I can clone you a stomach within a couple of weeks. If I have to build you a brand new stomach from your existing DNA, it will take a month. Meanwhile you will need nutritional support till then or you are going to get sick. I nor my staff can do an organ replacement surgery on a sick person. “ She laid it out to him in a rather direct fashion. “You have a couple of options. You can be a guest here at my facility so my staff can make you comfortable and keep an eye on you or you can go about your business. I could make you a nutritional supplement to add to your cybernetic stomach to process but there are no guarantees it will process it properly. I could put in a feeding tub directly to your intestinal track bypassing the cyber-stomach, but those get problematic. “

John just watched as the pair of them went about their business. He was still suspicious of this Dax Fyre due to his ability to cast magic, but the man's behavior so far was not hostile. The man was sure to be aware as well what hostility would end in here, as John made it as obvious as possible without saying a thing. He knew Rashae would not exactly like him treating a client this way, but he didn't care. He was here to keep her safe and that was his only focus. The comfort level of the people in the room could get better or worse for all he cared here. He was ignoring everything not related to his job.

Thing eventually shifted in this meeting, which caused John to have to shadow the young doctor out of the room. He kept within arm's length of her at all times, because he needed to be able to grab her if something happened. Moving her behind him, out of the way of attacks, or even push her to the floor. No matter where she might need to be moved if something happened could be done so long as he maintained this distance between them. He did ease up a bit when the lightsaber was removed from the man, but he never let his guard down. He stayed alert and vigil while they were in the examination room. There was little more he could do here than just stand out of the way and keep quiet.

Dax watched silently as the woman thought and took various scans of the man.  When she started manhandling him on the other hand...well, normally Dax had no issues with a beautiful woman such as her touching him, but the awkward lifting his eyelids and peering into his eyes as if she were staring into his soul?  That was odd.  Even her subtle scent didn't take steal Dax's attention away from the awkwardness he was experiencing...

Then, as the Doctor ordered, the Knight followed the very kind medical staffer as she directed him towards the examination room.  While Dax didn't feel entirely comfortable leaving his saber in the care of another person, he did as he was asked, unhooking the saber from his belt and placing it on a table before stripping out of his clothes and donning the thin medical gown.  To say he felt exposed would be an understatement.  When the Doctor returned with her ever looming and threatening body guard, Dax began to feel very, very vulnerable...being buck ass naked with no weapon tended to do that to a man.

"Roughly a month ago.  Little less." Dax responded to the woman as he watched her flit from scan to scan, her mind chugging along like a relentless train of thought.  It was admirable, her dedication to her work.  Despite being a slightly lazy little bosh'tet himself, he did believe in the value of hard work and commitment.  Nothing in the galaxy could be achieved without it.

Dax's face drained of color when the word 'IV' was mentioned...the Knight could face endless waves of soldiers, monstrous creatures, Sith Lords, and certain death, but the one thing he absolutely could not...was needles.  He was certain his displeasure at the little metal rods was evident on his face when the Doctor spoke to him again.  He actually understood a bit of the medical mumbo-jumbo she spewed at him.  May not completely comprehend it, but understood.  "What's gonna be the least invasive?" he asked upon hearing his option, eyes flitting from her to the guard hovering right behind her...did the guy ever let up?

A month ago? Her brow furrowed. “when did you notice it not working properly? How has your stool been lately?“

she asked the question as she was going over his genetic profile which he could see on a state of the art front clear display. She typed a few commands as she moved through his genetic code like she was traversing a new planet. Like an explorer looking at something new or enjoying the splenders of a new world, she did so with Dax's unique genetic patterns. Her fingers danced over one genome after another segmenting, moving and analyzing.

“The least invasive would you to stay here. Easier on you and my staff. “ She did note that at the approach of needles he got really defensive. The look on his face confirmed it as did his heart rate and blood pressure. The fear of needles was not uncommon. “I will need to put a shunt in your arm. You will need IV nutrition as well as a special pudding I will make for your genetics. You can do light exercise with it but we can get into those specifics later. “

Doctor Rashae moved to an counter antisepsis field as she passed her hands over it. Antisepsis field killed any contaminants including beneficial bacteria or other beneficial microbes. The doctor then gloved her hands. “Before I begin taking cell samples, how would you like to pay for this?” Genetics by and large was not cheap in the private corporate sector. She knew this. Rashae's prices were sickeningly far less. Still expensive but no where near what he would pay from a corporation. She had her people to pay and make a profit. A comfortable profit was not unreasonable.

Once they discussed that bit of business, the Doctor could proceed with what she did best, science and medicine. “Now, did you wish to be put under while I get the cell samples?” It was a fair question as he didn't appear to be very comfortable around needles. Rashae needed her patient to be steady and reasonably comfortable as she delicately removed the samples she needed. She had long forgotten her nervousness of this stranger and practically ignored John too.

Her eyes were on the genetic profile in front of her. “Oh one other thing. Anything special you want with that stomach? We could make it the proverbial iron stomach and maybe some digestive improvements? You got some really good genes in here to do this with. “ This was said nonchalantly as if she was making a desert or making something for dinner. Not that she could cook, the woman couldn't do anything domestically actually. With genetics, this particular woman could cook with.

More talking and more probing the man with different tools. This would seem like a normal doctor's visit if not for John keeping a watch over Rashae as if she was the most important Queen in the galaxy. But there was some truth to that, at least to John. The young doctor was the only member of any nobility he had much of an attachment to. Even if she had been disowned by her family, he wasn't about to let her get into any sort of danger or trouble while he was around. Especially when a known space wizard was asking her for help. It was nothing personally about this Dax Fyre but more of just all of those who could use this magic "force" out there. They could not be trusted no matter what they claimed.

John just stood around out of Snow's way while she did her job. He kept his eyes on both her and the patient at all times. His level of nervousness was mostly gone by this point and he was more relaxed. He had been around enough of the dangerous and deceptive types to be able to figure them out when he had time to watch them. This guy was neither of those things, or at least no more than any regular person was. He was still vigil, but he was no longer on edge or on guard. The tension in the room would have noticeably dropped because of this to everyone. So he just continued to stand out of the way and keep on doing his job here while everyone else worked.

"Uh...I'm not sure, maybe a week or two.  But I always had some issues with eating.  My 'stool' was...not looking like it should." the Rogue said as he watched the doctor's fingers fly across the transparent screen that her eyes were fixed to.  However at the mention of the IV being mandatory he let out an exasperated sigh.  "Alright, alright...whatever you gotta do I guess."

Dax also took notice that, even behind the mask, the mercenary had also visibly relaxed.  Not so much that he didn't look like he would kill Dax at the slightest provocation, but he didn't seem to suspect the man as much.  Plus one to Dax.

"I've got credits, and I've got skills and services.  Which ever one flys your ship." he responded.  Dax was now very grateful that he'd taken that suicide mission just before Kaeshana.  That one had dolled out half a million credits.  Certainly the operation could be covered by that.

When asked how he'd like to be put under Dax shrugged.  "Doesn't matter, I'll be alright with whatever."  Just because he didn't like needles, it didn't mean he wouldn't face one if he had to.  At least he'd be asleep quickly.  "Faster digesting?  That won't give me gas right?" he joked, "Yeah, let's do that."

Those sculpted eyebrows cinched forward in a delicate furrow of her brow. “Always had issues digesting?” Then an eyebrow raised as she made some notations. “Did you bring any prior medical records with you?”

It would be far easier to get a history than to ask a billion questions. She could start pouring over his genetics but a history would narrow down the issue. It is better to fix one problem than try to fix the whole bloody thing. Its what made her different. It was part of the reason why her genetic fusions and creations tended to be stable. There was no need to change something that was working. Just fix the little thing to fix a problem. Problems were often made of little things. That what Rashae thought anyhow.

“We can do that. “ In response to his response to fairly liking the idea of better digestion. “No, it wont give you gas. Unless you eat gaseous foods. Even still certain small tweaks can render that even less. “ Those delicate seeming hands moved a squarish device over his abdomen. Sam her assistant moved to cover his nether region before the doctor lifted the gown without much preamble. Doctor Lovous was in full clinician mode. To her, this was a subject and that was it. The square overhead device turned on as a field came down. Just as the field came down she explained what it was. “This is an antisepsis field. Its a smaller version of what is used in surgical which basically covers the whole surgical suite. This is to ensure that my samples are clean and nothing invasive enters you. “

Rashae let the bluish screen settle on his skin for a few moments before snagging a stool with her ankle and sat down. The stool was about waist high as she coded in another device. It as a precision device. “You will feel small pricks but you shouldn't feel anything else otherwise. “ She advised. “The stomach is really a very simple organ. It does one job and that is to break food down into its molecular components so the intestines can absorb the nutrients. If that isn't working properly, the rest of the digestion process works poorly. Over fifty percent of a person's energy is spent on digestion. “

She spoke as she worked. It seemed like she was doing nothing. Then she gasped. “Frack!!I think we got some actual stomach cells at the bottom end of that cybernetic stomach. “ She was like a kid in a candy store as her eyes got excited. She even meeped a little squeal of delight. This device with a needle worked methodically and seemed to barely do anything. Rashae really only needs a few cells per location.

Once that was done, her assistant then took over to turn the antisepsis field off and swab the abdomen where the doctor took samples with a bacterial wash to replace beneficial microbes upon the skin. The little nice lady explained it as his skin was nice and silky smooth. “Sam make a note, I want to look at that bacterial wash. I think I can improve on it. I just had a thought. “

The young lady dutifully made a note to put it in as a reminder for the doctor's idea box. Rashae turned to Dax. “Alright. Knight Fyre. I got my samples. We got some good cells and I am greatly excited with what we have harvested. Greatly encouraged to the outcome as well. I am afraid its time to put your shunt in. I have ordered you a room prepared. There is a nutrition pudding that you will be prescribed along with regular nutrition meals. The nutrition pudding is something I have developed but with your mixed genetics I will tweak it to nurture that side of your gene pool. We need to get your numbers up from what I'm reading here. You are basically on a breath at your own pace type deal. With the shunt in your arm, you can do only light activity. I really don't need to do emergency surgery on your arm because you ripped the shunt out. Is that understood? Do you have any questions before I put the shunt in?”

Unfortunately ripped shunts was too common. She had to make it clear. It might not be in a nice way but the doctor meant well by it. Sam understood her employer and that her direct and abrasive mannerism was not meant to insult or cause defensiveness, it was that this doctor was serious about her practice in medicine and science. It can be off putting. Sam would do the nice stuff in between the doctor's direct orders that may come off as cold. The woman would tie the man down if he wasn't compliant. She was not above that sort of thought.

"Oh sorry, I meant I've just had problems since I got the new stomach." the man said, attempting to clarify the 'having trouble eating' bit.  Dax's medical records were...well one didn't see a life time of combat and not get away with out a few scrapes and bruises.  Unfortunately, he'd failed to remember such files, that was if he even had them.  He wasn't the kind of person to actually know what documents he kept and didn't keep.

As the doctor's assistant moved her hands to cover Dax's groin, he swatted away her hand, "You gotta take me to dinner first sweetie." he teased, covering himself up.  He was perfectly capable of that still after all.

Dax did his best to ignore the presence of the needles as he listened to the good doctor.  He raised his eyebrows in amusement as the so far composed woman squealed from the joy of his cells still being in his body.

"Shunt in one or both arms?  Actually what even is a shunt?" he asked upon request.
