Minor Faction New Concordate - The First Order

I, Trajann Vemec, Supreme Leader of the First Order, Imperator of the Imperial Praetorian Knights and Duke of Serenno, hereby decree the following edicts. They are passed with immediate effect.

1. The First Order is voiding any connection, refusing any responsibility, discarding any claim and denying any heritage to the old regime known as 'The Empire', founded from the New Imperial Order.
2. The First Order invites any form of remnant faction, government or warlord who identifies as any facete or ideological sub-group of 'Imperial', 'Imperialist' to start immediate negotiations for bilateral relations.
3. In the territories of the First Order, there is no permanent presence of any religious extremists tolerated and they are either to be deported or eradicated.
   
   1. This includes: variants and aspects of the Jedi Order, variants and aspects of the Sith Order, followers and worshippers of the Light Side or Ashla, followers and worshippers of the Dark Side or Bogan; further including any Force related sects, cults or worships of any form.
   2. This includes: any worship, cults, sects, churches or similar of a transcendent, omnipotent, translucent, mortal or immortal, omniscient, mystical and/or supernatural deity or deities.
4. The First Order devotes and embraces the goals and ideals of order and justice, supported and ratified by its laws and constitution.
5. The First Order invites and promotes the establishment of a Chiss Ascendancy at the closest possible time. Until then will support and offer asylum, citizenship and assistance to any and all former and current members and inhabitants of Chiss space as long as they have Chiss genes.
   
   1. This includes: re-building programs, housing and welfare programs, free tariff zones and free migration (into First Order territories).
   2. This includes: mutual assistance and defense treaty, military access and support of Chiss Expansionary Defence Forces as well as re-arming efforts.
6. Any military force, asset or unit found within the borders of newly declared First Order space is regarded as hostile and will be attacked on sight. unless explicit permission and approval of Central High Command can be ratified.
7. Every and any Force sensitive born, found or caught within First Order space will be put to interrogation, conditioning and training to serve in the Praetorian Knights. Or will be discarded accordingly.
8. Notions, ideals, beliefs or groupings such as clubs, fraternities or any form of organised support, spreading or promotion of 'democracy' and glorifying failed governments such as the Galactic Republic and its predecessors or successors are outlawed.
