That's where you'll find info on the senate and such. However, Bothawui isn't part of the Alliance; check the big galaxy map we have here on the site, search for Bothawui on it, and you'll see where it is and how it isn't in GA territory.

I think it was a site-wide issue for factions hosting art. Unfortunately the only current fix I know of is factions having to go back and resubmit their banners
