DESCRIPTION
Bayal Biotech is an independent Kaminoan corporation that began as a simple medical manufacturer when the planet was still controlled by the CIS of the 800s ABY period. During the mid 800s, they began expanding into the geneticist field, and from there, into the cloning field after the rediscovery of ancient cloning research by Dr Pershing and Kaminoan records found in the sunken ruins of Tipoca city. Initially they did individual commissions such as "Designer babies" or creating strand-cast children for same sex couples using their combined genetic samples, but In wake of the CIS collapse in 873 ABY, the Bayal began producing combat clones to sell in unit-level batches for private security purposes, given the success of their individual commissioned battle strand-casts such as CC-117. Using her growth and training as the model for future combat clones, the Bayal corporation began hiring Mandalorian trainers and top bounty hunters to train their creations for warfare, which saw much success as the Mandalorian Enclave of Kestri began losing influence in the outer rim, causing more Mandalorians to wander or head east towards their ancestral home, some stopping by Kamino along the way after numerous job offers.

RATIONALE
Bayal Biotech is owned by the Kaminoan Bayal family who made their fortune by salvaging from oceanic ruins across Kamino, their findings allowing the more medically minded of the family to advance the biotech field using lost knowledge, seeing them rise in the Kaminoan government until founding the company independently, seeking to revive the ancient cloning economy that once saw Kamino prosper. However, they chose to sell their services to any and all buyers and only in small but quality batches, reasoning that if they sold to all sides rather than one, Kamino would never again be wiped out for their potential threat as they once had in the waning years of the clone wars.
