Government Relations Board

[Zeradias Mant]

The Government Relations Board (GRB) is a nonpartisan government committee charged with maintaining an up to date account of Galactic City's relationships with foreign nations and non-governmental organizations throughout the galaxy. This is an NPC organization. Only entities of note (not neutral) will be listed. Factions which have no established relations with Coruscant will not be listed.
Below is the matrix in which relations with Galactic City are determined:

SEVERITY

[RED] indicates relations of a dire nature of a most serious concern. Factions with this designation are hostile and generally regarded as enemies of the state or opponents in a war.
[YELLOW] indicates relations of a strained nature of moderate or minor concern. Factions with this designation have a tense relationship with Galactic City and are generally the subjects of economic sanctions, indirect political opposition, or aiding an active enemy of Galactic City.
[GREEN] indicates relations of a healthy nature. Factions with this designation are generally regarded as allies, trading partners, or close associates of Coruscant.
[BLUE] indicates a faction which has pledged support for Coruscanti independence and are regarded as friendly, albeit to a lesser extent than those who may have pledged material support or maintain standing relations.

NATURE

[POLITICAL] Relations are of a political nature.
[ECONOMIC] Relations are of an economic nature.
[MILITARY] Relations are of a military nature.
[SOCIAL] Relations are of a social nature.
[ALLIED] This faction is an ally of Galactic City.
[CORPORATE] Relations are of a corporate nature.
[RIVAL] This faction is an rival of Galactic City.
[HOSTILE] This faction is at war with Galactic City or one of it's allies.

THE FIRST ORDER [ECONOMIC][POLITICAL]

• Tariffs on Imports: Imports having passed through or originated from the Varonat system are subject to a 30% tariff.
• IACS Mandates: The First Order's Foreign Office has declined to recognize Coruscanti independence, instead designating Coruscant a partition of the Sith Empire.

GALACTIC ALLIANCE [POLITICAL]

• Detention of Leader: The Galactic Alliance has detained Mayor Zeradias Mant for an unspecified period. No charges have been made and legal representation has been denied.
• Occupation: The Galactic Alliance maintains a significant presence on Coruscant, including military forces.
• Remnants of an Enemy: Though the mission is complete and the Alliance presence on Coruscant is no more, we have yet to come to a resolution.

OUTER RIM COALITION [POLITICAL]

• Deliberate Violation of Mayoral Decree: A spacecraft sponsored by the faction's governing council breached an established perimeter seeking to provoke hostilities.
• Disinformation Campaign: OSS reports state that on their "diplomatic" mission to neighboring planets, ORC officials deliberately spread false information seeking to strain Coruscanti relationships in the Core.

THE SITH EMPIRE [POLITICAL]

• Sack of Coruscant: The Sith Empire has deliberately waged war with the Galactic Alliance, making no effort to cull Coruscanti casualties or other collateral damage.
• IACS Mandate: With the First Order recognizing Coruscant as a territory of the Sith Empire, they may feel emboldened to establish a foothold on our homeworld.

PERSONAS NON GRATA
Personas non grata are individuals who are prohibited from entering or remaining on Coruscant. Individuals found to be trespassing are subject to arrest, detention, deportation, and asset forfeiture. The below persons have been barred from entry into Coruscant:
