• Accessibility: Access to Fortress Tyrkas is highly restricted and monitored, with those possessing special security clearance to enter the vast fortress complex. Each person with clearance are identified and their appearance and background information are stored in a database, the Clearance comes in a form of a specialized chain code that is stored in a data disk. All personnel are authorized to access specific sections of the fortress. The personnel that have the highest clearance are Sith and their apprentices, high ranking officers from the Officer Corps, relatives of Darth Iraath and apprentices of Darth Iraath. Guests are required to seek permission from the head of operations.
• Description: Fortress Tyrkas, a monumental creation that would leave a lasting mark on history, was conceived in the vivid imagination of Darth Iraath, who was originally known as Dacien Tyrkas. In his formative years, young Dacien's insatiable curiosity set him apart from his peers. His relentless quest for knowledge led him to explore schematics, delve into ancient texts, and immerse himself in any text-laden object he could lay his hands on. This mammoth of a fortress measures in at 1km in height, sky rocketing into the atmosphere.

  • Landing Pad: The Landing Pad is one of the only points of entry, but it is heavily defended, with Turbolaser Emplacements and Anti-Starfighter Concussion Missile Turrets.

  • Administrative Wing(High Ranking Officers, Sith Lords(Masters), Sith Apprentices: Access Only)
    • Throne Room: Darth Iraath's Throne room is large chamber, located at the highest peak of the main tower. The Throne room itself can only be accessed from a single turbolift that is located on the main floor and is guarded by 2 Praetorian Guards. The Throne room was rectangular in shape and had several ancient statues that were taken directly from the Ancient Korriban Academy. From the turbolift there was 2 connect pits, with a bridge with hand guards connecting the turbolift to the section with the throne. The throne was guarded with 8 Praetorian Guards, that flanked each side of the throne.

    • War Room: The The War Room is strategically positioned on the level directly beneath the illustrious Throne Room, serving as the crucial gateway for those seeking an audience with the highest authority. This lower level configuration ensures the utmost security and control over access to the Throne Room, making it a pivotal hub within the grand architectural design of the facility. This imposing War Room boasts an impressive expanse of space, accommodating a multitude of strategists, advisors, and key decision-makers. Its vast dimensions are designed to foster an environment conducive to critical discussions, ensuring that the weightiest matters of the realm are deliberated with utmost precision. Notably, the War Room is intentionally devoid of any windows, veiling its occupants in a shroud of secrecy and privacy. This design choice enhances the confidentiality of the discussions held within its walls, allowing those gathered to deliberate without the distractions of the outside world.

    • Archive/Library: The Archive/Library is located opposite to the Personnel quarters and contains a vast database of holo-books that are filled with various types of content.
    • Personnel Quarters:The Personnel quarters within the fortress serve as the communal lodging for the dedicated Army and Guard personnel who diligently carry out their duties within its walls. These quarters are designed with functionality and efficiency in mind, providing basic yet comfortable accommodations for the dedicated men and women in uniform. The rooms are modest in design, with each one housing a total of eight bunks, carefully arranged to maximize the utilization of space. These living spaces are equipped with essential amenities to ensure the well-being and convenience of the stationed troopers, officers, and guards. To maintain hygiene and offer respite after their demanding shifts, each bunk room is thoughtfully equipped with a Refresher, where they can freshen up and prepare for their duties, a Shower Room for a revitalizing cleanse, and a Locker Room that provides secure storage for their personal belongings. Within these quarters, each individual is assigned a personal locker, shower stall, and refresher unit, ensuring that they have a dedicated space throughout their assignment at the fortress. This personalized touch not only enhances their sense of belonging and comfort but also contributes to a smoothly functioning and organized living environment that supports their readiness and dedication to their roles in safeguarding the fortress. The Personnel quarters, while unassuming in their design, are an integral part of maintaining the morale and efficiency of the brave men and women who stand guard at this vital stronghold.
    • Meditation Chambers The Meditation Chambers represent sacred sanctuaries within the fortress, set aside exclusively for those who are attuned to the mystical energies of the Force. These chambers are meticulously designed to create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility, allowing Force Users to immerse themselves in deep meditation without any external disturbances. The architecture of the Meditation Chambers is carefully crafted to promote a sense of inner peace. The walls are constructed with soundproof materials that effectively shield the occupants from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, ensuring that even the faintest of noises do not disrupt the profound focus and concentration of those who enter. These soundproofing measures create a cocoon of silence, shielding practitioners from the cacophony of the outside world, enabling them to explore the boundless depths of the Force undisturbed. and the mystical meet, and where one can transcend the material world and embark on a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment, free from the distractions of the outside world.
    • Krazahn Habitat Zone(Krazahn Only Area): The Krazahn Habitat Zone is an expansive and remarkable testament to advanced agricultural technology, masterfully replicating the lush and sprawling forests of Krazorath, complete with its unique atmosphere. This incredible achievement in ecological engineering allows Krazahn personnel and those connected to the enigmatic Darth Iraath's family, who choose to live a more primitive existence, to dwell within their preferred environment, unencumbered by the confines of modernity. This monumental habitat serves a dual purpose as a living space and as a crucial component of the Krazahn's life cycle. The Krazahn, beings intricately tied to the natural world, require a forested environment to nurture and hatch the eggs that will ultimately give rise to their offspring. Within this man-made marvel, approximately 500 Krazahn individuals can find a harmonious haven, ensuring the continuation of their species. The entire ecosystem is meticulously planned, encompassing not only the towering trees and rich undergrowth, but also encompassing vast tunnels that snake between different levels of this simulated forest. These tunnels are not just passageways; they are an integral part of the ecosystem, providing additional living spaces for the Krazahn community. These underground dwellings are ingeniously designed to mimic subterranean habitats found in natural forest environments. The Krazahn Habitat Zone serves as a bastion of balance between modern technology and the primal connection that these remarkable beings have with their roots.     • Darth Iraath's Bacta Tank: Following the harrowing ordeal that brought him to the brink of death, Iraath found himself in need of a remarkable healing solution – a bacta tank. The room designated for his recovery was a place of both solace and renewal, focused solely on his well-being and rehabilitation. This chamber, tucked away from the hubbub of the outside world, harbored a single, state-of-the-art bacta tank that would prove to be the key to his miraculous recovery. The centerpiece of this room was, of course, the bacta tank, a gleaming marvel of medical technology. Its transparent, frosted glass walls not only served to maintain a degree of privacy for Iraath during his daily bacta treatments but also lent an aura of tranquility to the space. The softly diffused light created an ambiance of gentle serenity, fostering an environment conducive to healing. When Iraath entered the tank, the frosted glass concealed him from prying eyes, allowing him to undergo the restorative bacta bath in peaceful seclusion. Within the tank, the warm, gel-like bacta solution cocooned Iraath's wounded body, stimulating the regrowth of tissue, soothing pain, and hastening the healing process. It was as if the tank itself became a haven of recovery, holding him in a suspended state of therapeutic grace.

    • Bio-Laboratories: The Bio-Laboratories is the point of creation of all the war beasts, sithspawn and genetically modified rakghoul like monstrosities come from, each laboratory is sterile , yet the stench of mutants still resides on this sub-level. Cruel and body altering transformations are performed on failed acolytes, prisoners of war and even Jedi, with the goal being creating a specimen that is capable of corrupting the Jedi Order from the Inside out. The Failed patients are usually killed or thrown into the training arena for apprentices to fight as apart of their training.

    • Training Dojos: The Training Dojos are expansive chambers, meticulously designed to accommodate the rigorous training of Sith apprentices and Acolytes. These rooms are a crucible for honing their combat skills and nurturing their understanding of the dark side of the Force. Aspiring Sith warriors gather within these spacious chambers, ready to engage in intense sparring sessions and other forms of combat training, each clash a step toward mastery. One of the standout features of these dojos is the retractable grated walkways that adorn the room. These walkways serve a dual purpose, both practical and strategic. When fully extended, they provide additional space for combat training, allowing the apprentices and Acolytes to engage in one-on-one duels, group skirmishes, or weapon practice. The metal grates underfoot resonate with each step, creating a cacophony of echoes that adds an extra layer of intensity to the training sessions.

    • Reactor Housing: The Reactor Housing is located at the deepest point of the fortress, and can only be accessed by engineering personnel that monitor the reactor, the reactor housing contains 4 reactor cores that protrude from both the ceiling and the and floor and emit a blue stream of energy between the two protrusion when active. The type of reactor used to power the fortress is a Hypermatter Annihilation Reactor.
    • Catacombs Access: The Catacomb Entrance is located very close to the Reactor, and is accessed by a sealed blast door that only a select few can access, which include High ranking Sith Lords, and of course Darth Iraath himself. These catacombs are untouched by archeologists, and still remains in it's original state when it was first built centuries ago.

To further fortify the Brig's defenses and maintain the utmost security, it is vigilantly guarded by an elite unit of praetorian guards. These highly trained and resolute sentinels are handpicked for their exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to maintaining order and security within the facility. Their presence around the Brig serves as a formidable deterrent to any potential escape attempts or breaches of security, underlining the facility's status as a stronghold within the complex. This macabre ensemble of machinery serves as a chilling testament to the grim purpose for which this room was designed.
      The overall ambiance of the chamber is steeped in an overwhelming Dark Side presence, with an unsettling air of malevolence that permeates the very walls. Over time, the chamber has witnessed countless clandestine and nefarious activities, deepening the ominous energy that lingers within. His relentless quest for knowledge led him to explore schematics, delve into ancient texts, and immerse himself in any text-laden object he could lay his hands on.

Among the countless pages and designs that crossed his path, there was one particular schematic that captured his youthful, creative mind and ignited an unquenchable spark of inspiration. It was a blueprint for a fortress, a structure that stood out with its visionary, futuristic designs. The intricacies of this schematic fascinated Dacien, as they painted a picture of a world that seamlessly blended the architectural marvels of the past with the limitless potential of the future.

Unable to resist the allure of this technological marvel, Dacien carefully preserved a copy of the holo-schematic, knowing that it held the potential to shape his destiny. Little did he realize that this single decision to safeguard the design would set in motion a series of events that would transform him into Darth Iraath, a powerful force to be reckoned with in the galaxy, and give birth to the awe-inspiring fortress.

Construction

Upon Dacien's triumphant ascent to the prestigious rank of Darth in the year 831 ABY, the galaxy witnessed a remarkable transformation. With newfound power and authority, he promptly declared himself the Exarch of the Krazahn, a title that carried immense weight and reverence among the Sith. This pivotal moment in Dacien's life marked the inception of an ambitious vision that would soon reshape the very fabric of the Dark Side's influence.

Determined to consolidate his power and establish an unassailable stronghold for the Sith Order, Dacien initiated a grand undertaking of epic proportions. He directed local artisans, architects, and even drew upon the talents of offworld contractors, entrusting them with the colossal task of constructing a city-sized fortress, which would serve as the central hub of his dominion. However, this fortress was not to be merely a citadel; it was to be a multifaceted bastion, a nexus of power and malevolence like no other.

The design and construction of this fortress held a profound purpose. It was to serve as a headquarters, a bastion of the Dark Side's supremacy. Not only was it to house the Sith Order's most sacred secrets and relics, but it was also to function as a formidable Deep Space Sith Outpost, projecting their influence across the galaxy, and as a Dark Side Citadel, where Sith rituals and training would reach unparalleled depths of malevolence and mastery.

While the original plan was to erect this formidable edifice within the heart of the Sith capital city, a strategic decision prevailed. Dacien, with his keen awareness of the Republic's ever-watchful eye, ultimately deemed it prudent to construct the fortress far removed from the trappings of civilization. This seclusion ensured that the Republic's prying eyes and potential incursions would be held at bay, allowing the Sith to operate with unrestricted freedom and discretion.

The chosen location for this monumental endeavor was no random selection; it held profound historical significance. The fortress was to be erected upon the sacred grounds of an Ancient Sith Shrine, a site that resonated with the echoes of a bygone era when Sith Lords and their dark legacies had once thrived. Here, amidst the ancient ruins, the grand citadel of darkness would rise. Notably, this shrine was destined to house the restored tomb of Nyvar Tykras, a Sith figure of immense importance whose legacy would be enshrined and guarded within the fortress's impenetrable walls.

Thus, as construction began on the fortress, the legacy of Dacien Tyrkas, now Darth Iraath, continued to evolve, intertwined with the tapestry of the Sith's rich history and the promise of an even more formidable and enigmatic future.

The construction of this fortress took 3 decades, and took a further 30 months to install base defenses, communications equipment and the installation of 4 giant hypermatter annihilation reactors.

Operations & Staff Needs

The construction and operation of such a colossal fortress demanded not only an imposing physical presence but also a well-coordinated and highly skilled workforce. With its expansive size and complex infrastructure, a small army of personnel was essential to keep the fortress functioning at its peak capacity.

To maintain the fortress's intricate network of power systems, a dedicated corps of 16 reactor engineering teams was established. Each of these teams consisted of four highly trained individuals, all experts in the art of managing the fortress's energy sources. These engineers worked tirelessly in rotating seven-week shifts, ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of the fortress's power reactors. Their round-the-clock vigilance was the linchpin that sustained the fortress's immense energy needs.

In the realm of communications, another critical facet of the fortress's operations, four teams were formed, each comprised of six skilled communicators. These teams were responsible for maintaining and overseeing the intricate web of communication systems that linked the fortress to the Sith Order's far-reaching networks. They ensured that messages and data flowed seamlessly throughout the fortress, connecting its various sections and, when necessary, reaching out to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Like their counterparts in the reactor engineering teams, these communicators took on the demanding seven-week shifts to guarantee that the fortress remained in constant contact with the Sith Order.

Amidst the labyrinthine passages and technological marvels of the fortress, 14 general engineering teams were deployed. Each of these teams was composed of seven versatile engineers who possessed the skills and knowledge to maintain and repair the fortress's diverse array of systems. From life support to structural integrity, these engineers worked diligently to ensure the seamless operation of every facet of the fortress, each team taking its turn in the seven-week rotation, which ensured that every section of the fortress received the care and attention it required.

As these skilled and dedicated teams collaborated and rotated through their demanding shifts, they formed the backbone of the fortress's workforce, ensuring that this monumental structure stood as a bastion of power, resilience, and Dark Side mastery, ready to serve its Sith masters and protect their malevolent secrets.
