Question Incurable Diseases

Just what it says in the title, boys and girls - do you guys know of any incurable, chronic, non-psychological and non-lethal diseases, Force-induced or otherwise, that might add flavor to a villainous character?

Nothing Disney-related, please, as everything they've done is overrated at best.

I was going to do that as a last resort... But in the meantime, I was trying to generate some good old-fashioned pre-Disney worldbuilding, to see what others might think in regards to the use of lore. Maybe they knew of some old EU canon that I didn't.
