The 0V-CR is fully capable of commanding organic and droid personnel alike, with adaptive heuristic programming that allows it to process and adapt to sudden changes and unexpected complications as they arise.
- (+) Battle armor: the 0V-CR is considered a critical LIKON asset, and is given full armor more befitting a battle droid than an administration droid. With a solid duralloy chassis and duraplast plating, the 0V-CR is fully capable of withstanding heavy fire - giving it time to escape or to survive until help arrives.
- (-) Potential for corruption: like the ancient G0-T0 units of millennia prior, the 0V-CR has a small chance of developing a rogue personality. By processing such mammoth amounts of information 0V-CR unit can potentially become corrupted, resulting in aberrant and even violent behavior. This risk is relatively small (processors have come a long way since 3,000 BBY and the time of the G0-T0 after all), and LIKON takes precautions for this scenario by utilizing a L1CC backup drive; the threat, however, remains a statistical possibility.
- (-) Slicing risk: the 0V-CR is considered one of the highest authorities in the LIKON chain of command, trumping most onsite organic and droid workers. Because of this, should an 0V-CR become corrupted or sliced - no mean feat given its safeguards - entire operations spanning millions of credits and entire celestial bodies can be potentially compromised.
- (-) Armored, but not combative: the 0V-CR is exceptionally well armored, and possesses security programming (small arms, grenades, high tactical ability). However, at the end of the day, it is not a battle droid - its programming is largely defensive in nature, and the 0V-CR is simply not aggressive enough (out of a desire to preserve LIKON property) to be a true threat. The 0V-CR will almost always default to defending and waiting for LIKON security.
The ultimate administrator, the 0V-CR tactical planning droid was inspired by the millennia old ST-series tactical droid and G0-T0 planning droid. The pinnacle of efficiency, the 0V-CR makes sure that timetables are kept, quotas are met, and that any issues are promptly dealt with.
Possessing an advanced heuristic processor and gabonna memory crystal subprocessor, the 0V-CR possesses flexible and adaptive programming capable of handling massive amounts of data on a planetary scale. Ultimately, the 0V-CR is designed to be connected to planetary-scale networks and oversee LIKON operations from beginning to end, and is given the authority to command organics and droids alike.
Capable of processing and adapting to sudden changes and unexpected complications as they arise, the 0V-CR is typically the highest ranking authority on a given project - barring this, it isn't uncommon to 0V-CR's as second-in-command or able lieutenants. Coordinating the thousands of droids and organics that LIKON employs, the 0V-CR also handles inventory, management, requisition, security deployment, and every other conceivable aspect of running a planetary scale operation.
Typically no more than a single 0V-CR is deployed per industrial operation, the droids being considered critical personnel by LIKON. Likewise, they are some of the few non security droids given full armor and ION/EMP protection, tactical combat programming, and extensive anti-slicing safeguards. Simultaneously, the droids are highly regulated - they constantly report in to LIKON command, with LIKON keeping an extraordinarily close eye on their reports and core programming. Should any aberrant programming be detected, they are immediately wiped using a non-removable L1CC backup drive.
Despite this, on a whole, 0V-CRs are considered extremely loyal - when captured or on the brink of being compromised, 0V-CRs have suicide programming that they rigorously observe. An 0V-CR would rather self-terminate than hurt the bottom line. Known for their direct and no nonsense personalities, 0V-CR can develop an acerbic personality if not given regular personality and memory wipes.
