There is no war, there is no poverty, there is no disease.
There is only control.
Why do you have fleeting memories of a different world? One where the streets were not lined with drones. Where citizens were not sent for rehabilitation for expressing themselves. Where every home and workplace was free from sensors constantly vigilant for dissent. Where every news station, history book and syllabus was not controlled by the Empire. Where there were statues of something other than Emperor Vorticus III.
Freedom is a luxury that can no longer be afforded the citizens.
However, the brutal wars which raged across the galaxy have been stopped. Science advances at an unprecedented rate. Crime is almost non existent and there is a level of order never seen in the galaxy.

On the world of Cormalum, Imperial Centre - the capital city of the Empire - spreads across great swathes of the planet. Its gleaming towers reach for the sky, anchored to a city whose roots dig deep into the surface. In the daylight, the ghostly visage of the World Razer is visible. It is a constant reminder of the pain that has been endured to bring about this age of prosperity, even if the word “rebellion” has been struck from the history books and dictionaries.
Of course, the pain has never really gone away. Citizens who display too much of a insubordinate attitude are often taken away for Emotional Alignment. Sometimes they do not return. Sometimes, an offender is still disintegrated in the streets for their crimes. These events have become less and less frequent. Instinctive obedience is bred in from a young age now.

It is on you to build this city. Using the new district template, go ahead and create the different regions that make up this city. The event team will select the best districts for the event. This city is going to be the setting of the main storyline for the event, set in a parallel world where an Empire rules every aspect of the citizens lives.
The Empire claims this city has been the home of the emperors for thousands of years, but outside of imperial issued information - of which little remains - there is no mention of the city, or even the world, from around a hundred years ago. Some stories of a “Coruscant” and its obliteration by the World Razer still persist, passed down from generation to generation.
