- Transonic Generator
- Antitamper Field Generator: Absorbs energy which can be used to continually power the sword in place of power cells.
- Plas-bonded Ostrine: Absorbs heat from the surrounding area and can freeze objects that come into contact with it, delivering severe cold damage.
- Quadranium Edge: The keenness and strength of this edge allow for more deeply penetrating injuries, thus increasing the chance to incapacitate the enemy quickly.
- Phrik/Cortosis: Ensures the blade can be used to block lightsabers.
- Holds three power cells to guarantee it can always be powered under nearly any circumstance.
- Ionite Edge: Blade also deals Ion damage, making it effective against electronics and energy fields.
- Slightly curved blade helps the blade auto-align when slashing.
- Stronger that any standard vibroblade and has a way better cutting power.
- Very effective against lightsabers.
- Freezing effect.
- Heavy blade that is difficult for the average person to wield even with two hands.
- Needs to be kept in a scabbard when not in use; the ostrine can potentially cause frostbite to anyone who accidentally touches the blade.
Having been abandoned by his Sith Pureblood mother and forsaken by his species, the Sith known as Mnoi Akûti ("Blue Eyes" in High Sith) aimed to create a weapon to aid him in his vengeance against all Stih, including those who adopted the Sith Force Tradition. The blade is designed to be effective against lightsabers and deliver a freezing slash, reminiscent of the frozen wasteland he had to survive alone as a child.
