SETTING INFORMATION
  • Military Base Name: TSK-9i
  • Classification: Underwater Military Base and Research Facility
  • Location: F'tral
  • Affiliation: Tsis'Kaar, The House of Marr, Helix Solutions, Dr. 'Noveil',
  • Population: 2-3 units, able to accommodate up to 375 sentient and droids but not including sithspawn and engineered leviathian.
  • Demographics: The Tsis'Kaar - a majority human or near-human sentients. Helix Solutions droids - mostly labor. 1 Nouqai's species. Aquatic-amphibious sithspawn and other engineered creatures.
  • Accessibility: Location top secret with coordinates only known to Tsis'Kaar operatives. On the exterior, it appears as ruins of a large old sunken imperial starship on the dim ocean floor and it not so easily encountered. Requires the use of ships to sail down to. The outer premise is guarded by Doctor Noveil's sithspawns. There is high surveillance and security within the facility.
  • Description: TSK-9i is a base for Tsis'Kaar operations. Military personnel will report to nearby bases in order to recuperate, deliver intel and receive instructions for assignments and missions. When not deployed, the TSK-9i serves as a bunker and training facility for the units. The facility has multiple sectors running various operations including mining and bioengineering.
POINTS OF INTEREST
CAVERNOUS TRANSPORT NETWORK - A tunnel system built throughout underwater channels and below the seabed connects to various sectors, underwater caves and the massive net enclosures littered throughout the ocean.
ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM - The facility has its own fossil fuel extractor drilled into the seabed as well a large hydroelectric generator to supply the entire base and assets with its own power.
MINING AND FACTORY BASE - Various systems within the facility for mining resources and manufacturing weapons, technology and ships.
SHIPYARD and BUNKER - Space intended to hold 1 Thranta Mothership or about 35 small to corvette sized crafts that can otherwise fit into the Mothership. These self-contained ships are also utilised as living accommodation for the Tsis'Kaar if not in operation.
AQUAPONICS SECTOR - Largely operated by droids to supply food for military operations and sustain both Tsis'Kaar personnel and sithspawn within the facility.
RESEARCH FACILITY - Multiple labs, technology and massive aquarium-like enclosures used for the design and development of Doctor Noveil's bioengineering projects.
CONTAINMENT SECTOR - A small high security prison with 35 cells.
MEDICAL DEPARTMENT and KOLTO PRODUCTION - Produces the water-derived medical substance kolto used to treat the injured.
ESCAPE PODS - Emergency evacuation station that sends escape pods to the ocean surface. Pods are lightly armed and are equipped with emergency supplies to last up to a week.

SECURITY High
The outer premise is guarded by Doctor Noveil's sithspawns that have been taught to dismiss Tsis'Kaar crafts. The exterior is armed with obscured blasters and canons and an area defense shield system that can be activated if needed. There is high surveillance and security within the facility, especially at the interior surface docking points. All entries are monitored.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The massive imperial starship crashed and sunken into the depths of the waterworld F'tral around the New Republic Era. During the beginnings of the Tsis'Kaar in 865 aby, an agent had discovered the ruins. It was shortly constructed into a base. During Ouroboros Crisis TSK-9i was one of the bases that had not been discovered by other Sith forces. After the usurp of Tsis'Kaar leadership in 902, Darth Malum of House Marr Darth Malum of House Marr and Darth Strosius Darth Strosius had subsquently taken over all the bases including TSK-9i. The research facility and aquariums were constructed shortly after Darth Malum had taken on an amphibious apprentice, Falentra Falentra , with an interest an affinity alchemy and bioengineering.
