Requests for New Ranks

Here, members will put in requests to obtain a new rank. A leader(s) will look over the application and will deteremine, through a PM if the application is good or not. If not, an explanation by the leader(s) will be sent explaining why your request was denied. You can then update your request and ask again.

Note: Since I am the only leader currently, I will rate my own applications for a rank up fairly. As soon as any one else who wants to be a leader steps up, they can review my application and I can review their application. Thus providing fairness and no biased for ranks up. However, most ranks already require hard and fast things, so we still need to provide the bounties anyways even though I might review my own application.
