Commissioned by Viera Kisep for Sala'dine and herself. Hopefully the researchers don't spoil Viera's surprise but Sala'dine probably already knows about it. Kisep still doesn't understand why Sasori makes so much of their tech but who is she to complain as all she had to do was fill out a very large batch of forms and part with some credits. Then a weapon was born. Regardless the work of qualified researchers made Viera Kisep's request for a officer's sidearm a reality and that is all that really matters.
