Construction began in secret in Brionelle Memorial Military Academy where it was made on a modest budget due to Eboi's reluctance into investing too much in the military. The Squall Wing was named after The Squall a Rabbit native to Chandrila. To compensate for its light armor, military scientist decided to incorporate some experimental features such as a weapon overcharge system as well as an advanced targeting computer system created by the top Cadets in the Military Academy. As such the Squall Wing is a fast and maneuverable Starfighter with the potential to do hit and run tactics on the field.
