[SIZE=10.5pt]Rationale[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]: A[/SIZE]fter retiring from the "trade" Gilimar Skirata found that even after stating he was retired, several of his old colleges and work partners continued to go through him to get better jobs or more info on targets. Thus, pulling his resources together he set up several offices throughout Mandalore and began hiring Mandalorians looking for work and put together a small Mercenary company that worked through the Guild. Over time however the Shriek-Hawks have grown into a decently sized mercenary company.

[SIZE=10.5pt][/SIZE] [SIZE=10.5pt]Description[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]: [/SIZE]Shriek-Hawk company is a collection of like-minded Mandalorian mercenaries and bounty hunters under the leadership and tutelage of retired Supercommando and Mercenary Gilamar Skirata. With no true ranking system, unlike many other Mercenary groups, they work together and separately on tasks and hunts throughout the Galaxy. Mostly involved in Mercenary work, individuals are encouraged to pick up bounties and other jobs with the Guild working through Gilamar's connections and utilizing his resources.Without much fame under their belt most jobs are small in scope, though Gilimar hopes that with his help these young warriors will find the Galactic recognition they deserve. Members are also encouraged to split into teams in order to work together to get jobs done. Recently the Shriek-Hawks have also expanded into privateer operations in space with their modest fleet of war ships and commercial transport of goods. These men and women, dubbed Star-Hawks range from ex-pirates to Navy officers that have retired to Mandalore and joined the warrior clans.
Republic - Prior to her hostile takeover and subsequent exile, Prime Minister Geneviève Lasedri hired out Shriek-Hawk Company to provide personal protection, hunt Sith, and provide a watchful eye over certain senators.
Galactic Alliance - Shriek-Hawk Company makes retainer contract with the Galactic Alliance as an auxiliary force to the budding Galactic power's military and security teams

Description: While not entirely "green" the men and women of Shriek-Hawk Company are by no means experienced soldiers and are for the most part new at being a Mercenary group or even working together with others. Brought together by a common denominator, Gilamar Skirata, they all work to fulfill their own personal needs and wants. Equipped with duraplast beskar'gam and unmodified weapons what they bring to the table is the near instinctual combat sense that comes from being trained to fight from a young age and the tenacity of the Mandalorian people. What they lack in experience they make up for with their willingness to learn and their ability to adapt to nearly any combat situation with or without a leader.

Fully understanding the gravity of owning a Mercenary company, he was forced to change his way of thinking and shifted from a free-for-all method of work to a more organized and efficient military machine. While ranking was still up in the air, a relatively organized fleet was established using the credits gained from initial signing of their first two big contracts with the Republic and the Galactic Alliance along with Gil's share of all of the two other jobs that had been paid for thus far. On top of that Gil had to pull several strings with the Mandalorian Military to get a few military issue gunships for use in the PMC. The six ship captains came from a variety of backgrounds, ranging from Ex-Republic military to pirates of the Outer Rim, but trusting in their loyalty to their paycheck and their honor Gil has allowed them to create their own ranking system among themselves. Dubbed the Star-Hawks by the land teams they are the Shriek-Hawks primary team of privateers.

Generally deployed as special operations shock-trooper support by the Galactic Alliance and later as the Republic Prime Minister's privatized personal guard and secret police/terror force, these men and women have proved time and time again that their work is their life and they will do anything to pick up their next paycheck.
Skilled in various forms of combat ranging from sniping to the elegant and deadly Echani art of combat these men and women are a disciplined force to be reckoned with. While particularly effective when working with other security groups as the core of the operation, they also aren't unaccustomed to being a supplementary asset to the client's established security force. With a hefty price tag some companies and paranoid crime lords see the amount as a steal considering their skill set.
