COMPNOR officers from NICPO were handpicked to manage the company for its purpose of undermining the Galactic Alliance through many nonviolent methods COMPNOR uses to subvert rivaling foreign nations. Disinformation, black propaganda, political warfare, and psychological operations. Create false truths and exploit actual truths for its own advantage to influence the subjects of the Galactic Alliance. Spark a dynamic clash of ideology to create internal conflicts.
In addition to these methods, it is an efficient tactic to expand the coffers of the Black Fund with news media consumed thoroughly in the Galaxy.
