So it has been .. quite a while since I've made a "rambling". You know, the kind of blog post where I just sort of throw useless information onto a sheet of paper and then send it in.
Anyways, I've been really listening to a lot of music recently, more than I normally listen to on a daily...
The force is something that there is no answer for what it is. Some believe it is nothing more than a Tool, some believe it is a god to be worshipped and let control them. And some like me believe that it is a being for which is no more alive than myself or others. But that is not what is the...
A lot of people may have noticed I've been swapping gears a lot lately. Less map game and more roleplay. A lot of folks may have also noticed I've been pushing the concepts of Skirmishes in the form of raids recently. This is just a continuation of that swap of gears.
See, here's the thing. When...
I’ll start by sharing the notion that you can have too much setting.
Stephen King is a writer that likes the idea of giving the reader the bare minimum in terms of description. He feels that too much and you force the reader to see your characters and settings in your way.
He wants the reader...
Hey Big Bro,
It's been a while. I've been out flying Jenny, and wouldn't you know it? I crashed her again. Seems like I always was doing that, but you just had that one stroke of bad luck and look who's got the yoke now. Really sorry, Bro. Wish you could see me. Wish we were hangin' out. Just me...
Oh no! A blog post! Someone must be QQing about something, passive aggressive cannons charged to full!
Yes and no.
You may've noticed I've been less active here. It comes in waves. If I'm not here that means I'm elsewhere. Writing other genres, playing other games. In short keeping things fresh...

"Turns out Janira's alive," the voice says, but it's too dark to see much, "At least, part o' her. Clones... It's one of the few things I know 'bout. Cal told me some. Explained. She ain't my sister. Not really. Has none of my sisters pride. if I'm bein'...
Alright since well a few have heard these ramblings and I am bored I shall commit them to a post on the internets.
What is falling?
Falling to the darkside is a dangerous thing and should not be taken lightly. So many just do the base "Give into anger I'm darkside now." Thatcheapens a good fall...

Artificial intelligence has always had many uses. From simple hacking programs to massive fire wall creation, they're the masters of the cybernetic world. Created to do things no normal human could. Or any sentient for that matter. Which is what brings me to this. The Sith will be creating a new...

Right, working on a ship. The Tiburon did a lot of good when I had her flying, but right now? Don’t really need that. Rising does all my cargo needs. I can use that to carry cargo, and any prisoners if it comes to that. It typically won’t. I’m not in the business of taking prisoners...
This is called Sappy Doge Bloge for a reason.
I got Sophie was I was 10. She was originally my Grandmother’s dog, but eventually my Gma asked if we’d take her because she didn’t know what she was in for. And neither did we. My Dad had dogs as a kid, but the kind that just roamed the...
Will Edit this later: To be a thread to help organize my thoughts and keep a straight story
So, recently I came upon the thought of making a sect that is known for working with Force-attuned crystals and other related artifacts, and in debating what different kinds of crystalline-based armors and robes they might wear, I had a startling realization: just how much would something like...
Well, where do I begin? I've never tried my hand at a blog before, but I suppose this is as good a time as any. I guess I'll start off by saying that I'm thankful to be part of such a diverse community of role-players and people. There have surely been some ups and downs, but I don't let that...
I’m aware there are specific sections on the main boards for writing tips, but the aim of the next two or three weeks is to simply share thoughts on one specific topic before returning to my usual ramblings.
So why this particular subject? Because it’s one I rarely follow the tips I’m...
Alright, well usually for a blog like this you'd expect someone to introduce themselves and what they will be discussing I decided since my description of my blog and the title pretty much describes it pretty self-explanatory. But for those who do not understand what I'm doing, I'll explain it...
