The heart beats again...

Lothal is a planet with an expansive history where it was largely undisturbed. Aside from the establishment and subsiquent abandonment of Killik hives and the creation of a Jedi Temple, the distant past of Lothal is rather mysterious and undocumented. What follows, however, is not. Lothal has known great lengths of time under the thumb of those who have called themselves Galactic Empire. They were exploited for labor, resources, land, and other valuables under the thumb of this regime, one which left behind scars when they threw off their shackles roughly 2 to 3 years after the Battle of Yavin. What was left behind were a scarred people who saw their resource of Doonium turned into a planet-destroying superweapon, a great evil asisted by their own hands. This feeling of resentment would fester for hundreds of years, not yet culminating in action until roughly 744 ABY...
The Lothal Protectorate was born in response to a destabilized state left behind from the collapse of the Galactic Empire. It would struggle to truly find it's footing, however, until a brand new Empire forced their hand. In roughly 880 ABY, the New Imperial Order looked to siphon the resources their predicesors had: Doonium. The Galactic Alliance of the Core was quick to step in and defend them, but the people of Lothal were left distraught at their sudden loss of control. Their ellected leader, then Commander in Chief Solarus

The Empire of the Lost would strike to make claim for the planet's resources. This was a new regime born from the ashes of the New Imperial Order, one which had previously agreed to respect Lothal's independance but swiftly broke that promise. The fledgling Lothal Protectorate was crushed, and Solarus Fynch went into exile. In a matter of time, however, Fynch returned at the head of a military alliance called the Tingel Arm Coalition and swiftly made for Lothal. The insuing Invasion saw Lothal rise up to rebel against it's oppressors and saw a great deal of damage done, but ultimately with no success. Maldra IV and the death of Solarus Fynch would see the Tingel Arm Coalition meet it's end. The Empire of the Lost would later lose it's territory and see the entire Rim War saga brought to an end.
Now, in 902 ABY, Lothal seeks to rebuild. They've elected Leonis Fynch, nicknamed

Only time will tell of they shall succeed or be crushed once more....
