The Tarkin Initiative is an Imperial think tank that transcends the binds of singular regimes to ensure that advancements are made and assets are secured, regardless of galactic politics.
Having outlived the Palpatine Empire and every iteration since, the Tarkin Initiative understands the importance of maintaining a self-sufficient environment for technological innovation free from dependence upon external powers.
To this end, the Initiative stands committed not to any one Empire, but to the concept of an Empire - a state that values order, progress, and strength.
