The Arbiter Bloodline is organization founded by Asaiah Celwik, dedicated to bringing "Justice" to the Galaxy and following the "Book of Vengeance". After being the sole individual following that quest, Asaiah had decided to make her new quest to find disciples. Those who are just waiting for someone help guide them to a path focused on following their own Justice. Their own Truth. Their own Vengeance. They will follow her.
Each member of the Arbiters has their own Book of Vengeance. An official one penned by Asaiah herself whilst a personal one may be given out to the members for them to write their own Rules. They are all dedicated to upholding their own form of Justice, as long as it does not against The Book. Recruitment is important to the Arbiters, with the goal being to uplift the weak and disposed to show them the strength they have. That they can get their own Justice.
The Bloodline has no official base in the Galaxy as of yet, though it is mostly focused on worlds where it is more difficult for a legal system to punish criminals, be it from planets that are too urban and populated such as Coruscant or Denon, cities filled with corrupt officials such as Nar Shaddaa or planets that are quite rural with very little if any policing.
