The Hutt Empire

For millennia the Hutts have been at the forefront of the galaxy's criminal enterprises. They have been a species ruled by greed and with little care for the rule of law. A movement has started within Hutt Space to bring structure to the Hutts. Of course the greedy Hutts will not turn their backs on criminal enterprising, however as major governments start to close in on Nal Hutta some of the more forward thinkers among the Hutts have come to the conclusion that more than organized criminal cartels will be required if the Hutts will be able to continue dominance over this area of the galaxy.
