A world of semi-isolated scientists of advanced biotechnology, and a powerful and influential force culture called the world religions force wielders called the Vo Ni (Hands of the Soul). Once ruled by their most powerful, the last ones disappearance while the world was under the territory of the Eternal Empire left a struggle and uncertainty for power. Seizing the opportunity, the Deni-Gar and Businesswoman Fe Tserim led a coalition of Vo Ni into power, claiming the worlds powerbases despite their upsetting of millennia of tradition.
