For once a question, out of 4 pages ( weird right? ) Anyway, do characters we make have to be approved? Or can we just do what ever we want once they are done?

There is no approval process for characters, just make a bio and you're free to go. The only rules, insofar as creation is concerned, are that you don't choose a banned species/character and if you're a force user you cannot start out above apprentice/padawan without transferring your rank from a different board or previous character.
