A friendly duel between HoloNet friends [Krest ~(*-*~) (~*-*)~]

He saw exactly what he expected. A Zabrak ready to punch him out with a Force-assisted attack. The man came closer and closer, until he was in range to release his telekinetic strike. The air came rushing towards Hayato. Adrenaline started pumping. Then came pain. Pain from being shot against the ground by a powerful Force attack. Then he felt something hard underneath him. He checked what it was by putting his arm underneath his back. It was something shaped like a rod. He grabbed it and pulled it out from underneath him. It turned out to be his Lightsaber. What a great relief. He would not loose this duel so quickly and with that he activated it and moved it so that Krest's next attack would either not happen, due to him not wanting to get hit by a Lightsaber or so it would block his next attack.

Krest stopped his run short, blinking at @[member="Hayato"]. So he ended up getting his lightsaber in the end, next time push him -away- from the hilt. Well, if they were going back to blades, Krest wasn't about to be caught without one. He held out his hand, calling back his own saber with the force. Thankfully it was close by and the Zabrak reignited the pale blue blade. He held it to the side, the tip pointing to the ground as he adopted his Juyo stance. This time he would wait for the attack.

Hm, he should have expected this. Krest wouldn't attack him unarmed. He would have been at a disadvantage, but now they were on equal ground again. He slowly but surely got up again and looked at the man in the Juyo stance. he waited a couple moments for his attack, but none came, so he guessed it was his turn to attack for once. He didn't want to be too predictable, so he adopted the same Soresu opening stance as before and let it seem like he prepared to attack, but in reality, he was just channeling the Force for a powerful Force attack. He took one step to the side, then another, all while concentrating on the Force blast he would release once he was finished channeling.

Krest mirrored @[member="Hayato"], slowly stepping to the side. He in his own started to focus the force, but not in his hand. Instead he focused it into his legs, preparing to burst for his foe. The Zabrak kept himself calm however, he wasn't about to charge in again until Hayato made his first move.

A pair of hands suddenly burst forward, creating a powerful burst of telekinetic energy. This was what Hayato had been channeling over those many seconds. It was a lot of energy and he would need some time to recover, especially after receiving such a beating, but for now he hoped he would have distracted Krest long enough to make his attack. He charged the Zabrak with his drawn Lightsaber and while being assisted by the Force. Then, when he was in range to attack, he swung his blade diagonally then immediately afterwards upwards with a slight angle towards the direction the blade had come from. He wanted to barrage Krest with attacks now. He wanted to reverse the roles they had been in and that way change up the whole game by simply confusing Krest by changing everything up so quickly.

Krest shifted when @[member="Hayato"] did. He used the force stored in his legs to burst forward, only to meet a blast of force in the face. The Zabrak flew backwards, really unable to control himself as his head went back and his legs went forward. He ended up flipping backwards and landing on the ground face first. There Krest lay for a second, still shocked. But he rolled away, clumsily getting onto his feet, and saw Yasuo attacking him. He fumbled backwards, narrowly catching Hayato's blade on his own before the attacks proved to be too much, and his own saber flew from his grasp.

He was disarmed.

It had seemed his tactic had proven itself. Krest was sent flying through the air, followed by him landing on the ground and blocking Hayato's attacks. He didn't realize that Krest was unarmed until he was about to release another barrage of attacks. He held his blade where it was for a second, then continued make a Force assisted kick directed towards Kest's stomach. He was bent on defeating Krest with the next couple of moves. He would either be able to win, or he would have to try to draw the fight out as long as he could, to tire out his opponent by using Soresu techniques again.

Krest takes the kick to the chest, flying back again. He lands on his knees, his metallic hand digging into the ground. He stood up slow, holding his hands up. There isn't much else he can do. The two were equal in his mind, and it was only a matter of time before one of them got severely hurt. And it wasn't worth it.

"I give up." He smiles at @[member="Hayato"], keeping his hands up.

Hayato was surprised when Krest said he wanted to give up. He expected the duel to continue for a while, but it seemed Krest was ready to surrender. Hayato accepted it. He had not expected to win this duel, it was kind of surprising to him. He had expected this duel to go on for quite some time, since they both seemed to be equally god bladesmen. They would have to have another duel some other day, when both of them were more experienced. That day their duel would possibly be an endlessly continuing one, since they would both be masters of everything and they would both be able to counter each other's tactics easily. But for now, enough of the dreaming. Back to the present.

Yasuo brought the blade in front of his face, having it face towards the sky, then he swirled it next to him and deactivated it, attaching it to his belt clip. ''That was a great duel. I haven't had such a challenging opponent in quite some while now and now I'm looking forward to fighting others, and you, again.'' He said, taking off his helmet and revealing the smile on his face. ''We really need to repeat this one day.''

Krest bowed his head, nodding in agreement. "Yes, yes we do. For now though, it is time for me to leave." He pulled his saber back to his palm with the force before bowing once more. "I look forward to fighting with you one day soon." With that he turns and gets back onto his speeder. This would not be the last time @[member="Hayato"] and him spoke.

''So do I!'' He said while Krest was leaving. He then made his way back to the little hill next to the training grounds. He sat down, crossed his legs and rested his hands on his knees again. Then started to meditate again and drifted away in his thoughts, thinking about what would happen in the future.
