A Good Trade (Open to Everyone)

Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist

There was a look at the woman as she let her eye brow perk up searching her. Mostly feeling her out in the force while sitting there and letting her life senses tickle to point out a newcomer. "Well we can certainly help with that. Have them contact me as needed." She was rather liking what the area of it all letting her fingers drum a little on the table.

Khiltran approached the small group, and approached the senator first. He made a big happy smile and extended his hand toward her in a greeting motion. "My name is Khiltran Tillisk, nice to meet you." he said. "I heard that you were looking for trade contracts. I'm the owner of the Tillisk Trade Company" he added to his greeting.

Kay smiled and bowed her head to Matsu. "Wonderful. I will make sure that they do just that."

She then turned her attention to the Chiss as he introduced himself, taking hold of his offered hand and giving it a firm shake as she bowed her head. "Good to meet you, Khiltran. I am Senator Kay. I am indeed looking for trade contracts. Are you in need of using Commenor as a pit stop along the trade routes? We have plenty of warehouses that can fit such a requirement."

Tillisk thought about the offer for a few seconds. A pit stop? That would be perfect for my trade ships coming from Csilia and the Outer Rim who need repairs. He thought. "I will take your offer then" Khiltran replied. "I have a lot of ships coming in from Csilia, The Outer Rim and the Deep Core. Having a pit stop here would be perfect. As he said this he took a good look at each of the other members of the group, studying them quickly and in a dissimulated manner.

"Fast freight, senator. Anywhere I'm needed. When an assembly line halts production due to a unique part breaking, and they're losing millions by the hour, I'm called in to deliver it. Organ transplants, animals, delicate plant life."

This was actually true, it just left out a few details. The vast majority of smugglers were more accurately part time smugglers, using it to supplement their legitimate income. The ones that didn't were typically hardened criminals. The pilot returned with two brandies and handed one off to the Wookie.

"It was nice meeting you senator, but I don't want to take up anymore of your time."

Moah checked his datapad.

"My ship is done refueling and I should be off myself. If you're ever in need of a quick pilot at short notice, I'm at your service."

He handed the Senator his business card. On it was a holonet address which could receive messages, which he would then connect to securely and review from his freighter. He would then send confirmation, ion scrambled and encrypted, if he took a job, which would then be relayed from the server back to the initial sender.

The pilot downed his brandy in one and made to leave the cantina. If he wanted to make contacts on Commenor it would have to be on a visit he didn't directly interact with its galactic senator. That kind of thing parted a crowd of most smugglers. But Moah was not the kind to not look down at an opportunity.

Kay smiled at Khiltran and bowed her head. "Wonderful. We have excellent mechanics and engineers and I'm sure that these lovely ladies and others in our ports would be able to help you keep your fleet in top running condition while they are here."

She looked to Moah as he spoke and nodded, taking his business card when he had finished. "Thank you. I am sure that I will be in contact with you shortly." If he was as fast as he had said, well, she could use him for transporting freed slaves. A great pilot was always a good thing to have.
