For me though, most of my skills were taught to me by my sister." What she didn't mention was her past at Dromund Kaas, but nobody had to know that. That... was a long time ago.

"Blonde, tall... Kinda perky." Scarlet giggled again. "And a real charmer, if you can get past her gauntlets."

He laughed a bit. "Sounds like an interesting gal" he said, ordering another drink.

"That she is", Scarlet replied, smiling. "Sometimes I wish I could be more outgoing like her. Instead, i'm usually stuck in a book or fawning over weapons."

"Well, everything comes with time and hard work" he said with a laugh. "Just gotta try"

"That's true." She giggled a little before speaking again. "Then again, being a weapon geek does have its perks. For example, I could tell you the specific differences in the fire rate of an E-11 blaster rifle and a DC-15A, as well as the history on both and who they were primarily used by." A cute little smile appeared on her face, obviously proud that she knew so much about weapon technology.

He chuckled. "Just give me a lightsaber or a vibroblade and I'm happy. I don't care much for weapon specifics if I can't slash you with it"

Scarlet's eyes brightened up at his comment. "Can I see your lightsaber? I don't get a chance to see many, but the ones I do see are pretty amazing."

He shrugs and plucked the blade from his belt, holding it up and spinning it on his finger. "Do be careful with it now" he said. "Don't want to lose that"

Scarlet immediately snatched up the hilt and examined it, squealing with joy. "Ohh, this is the best yet! I LOVE the amount of detail out into it. And the blue crystal inside couldn't be better." She hadn't even taken it apart, so it might have been weird to the Jedi how exactly she knew what color the crystal was. Unfortunately, she didn't know how she knew either.

He raised an eyebrow at her sudden knowledge of what color the crystal was... He tilted his head curiously, studying her face to try and get a read on this strange individual...

She chuckled and handed him the lightsaber back. "That is a really nice- What..?" She caught Josh staring at her and raised an eyebrow herself. Inside, however, she was blushing madly.

He shrugs and takes it back.

"You're just a curious sort" he said with a laugh, draining his drink.

"You know, I've always admired the Jedi." Scarlet looked at him curiously. "Maybe one day I'll actually decide to join. Depends on if they get exciting enough."

He chuckled. "Because a war with Rogue Sith, capturing Ilum, dealing with one of our own leaving and becoming Supreme Chancellor, and watching as the sith take worlds around us and waiting for them to break the treaty and attack us isn't exciting" he joked.

"Exactly my point!" Scarlet giggled at him. "The Jedi and Sith are way too linear. Do sometimes spontaneous, something unexpected. That's when you'll grab my attention."

He rolled his eyes. "I bust criminal gangs on a daily basis. If it gets anymore exciting, I might just retire" he cracked, chuckling.

Scarlet laughed then. "No, don't do that! I can tell you're a great jedi. Your padawans must look up to you. You do have padawans, right?"

"Obviously" he said, smirking. "A few kids, some immature adults.. I had a former Sith Knight brought to the light and he graduated recently" he said.
