A moment to change a life.

Tide Bringer (Protector of Mon Cala)
Tyluko could see images his homeworld, places he had been too, animals he had seen, and sensations he has felt. Tyluko was hurt; not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. He felt that he had failed to honor his ancestors legacy, to protect those he cared about, and to defeat injustice. He was losing against that dark-sider and if it weren't for Oomy stepping in, he most likely would have been killed along with Iris. He desired more power, power he could use to defeat the man if they ever faced off again. Tyluko's blood boiled in anger, the orb of water began to churn like a violent sea. Suddenly he heard a vice.. "No.... my son...this is not the way". suddenly an image of his father appeared to him.

Tyluko was deep in meditation, deeper than ever before. "Father is that really you?" he asked the voice, his heart pounding.

"It is I my son. Tyluko you must listen to what I am about to tell you. Do not give in to anger my child, for you know this is not the way."
Tyluko was angry, desperate and also confused.

"But father, how else will I ever succeed in combat against the dark-side? "

"You have forgotten your teachings you have let anger churn the waters of your heart. Remember calm, crystal clear waters are needed to properly see where a ship is heading"

"But father, I dont understand, I am afraid."

"Do not be afraid Tyluko, trust in the Force, the current of the galaxy. It is your compass, it will guide you through treacherous waters; it is also your anchor to keep you secure."

"What should I do?"

"Learn the ways of the Force my son, join the Jedi. Train daily in your hydrokinetics, it will strengthen your connection to the waters of your home.
The image of his father began to fade away.

"Father, please dont leave!" Tyluko cried out.

His father looked at him with a gentle smile "Remember my son: May the blessings of the water keep you. The might of your ancestors gives you strength. Never forget this motto. Goodbye my son, and know that through the force, I am always with you."

The image of his father vanished and Tyluko awoke from the trance, letting himself down to the ground, putting the water back into his flask.

Tyluko sat in the pilot's chair, contemplating the vision he had. Tyluko thought about how he had been rather disconnected from his traditional way of life and culture. Hopefully living on Mon Cala once again would help him clear his thoughts. Soon after everything gets set up on Mon Cala he would make contact with the Jedi to request training. Hopefully they would accept him.

"He told me that I need to get back in touch with the ways of my people and to join the Jedi order, I am going to need to contact them once we get set up on the Island" Tyluko then suddenly looked at the navi-computer of the Time Bandit. "Speaking of which, we should be nearing Mon Cala within the hour."

Tyluko looked whimisically out the viewport, "I'm....I'm not sure....the vision did not show me anything about us to be honest with you, this vision seemed to be more about my connection to the Force". Tyluko looked back at Iris, "Why? Are you worried?"

Tyluko smiled and took her hands in his. "I understand your fear, and do not wish to cause you distress. But that is why I must become a Jedi, so i am able to defend the innocent, the helpless and also those that I care about "
