Bounty or no bounty, force users can be sold on the market, especially female ones. Fatty is a gangster, and so are his men, he'll do just about anything to make a buck. If it really bothers you I'll redact the mention of a bounty, but I just thought it was fitting to the story. Either way you have a Gank and possibly more than a few other gangsters up your butt to deal with.
