A Odd Day in Cloud City

[member="Juro"]

Solan yawned as he dropped down from the cockpit of his personal starfighter. An old two seat model he used to make runs to random outposts and cities when he needed a stretch and this was no different. It wasn't that far from is own outpost on Hoth so it was a nice short break from the cold and the storms when it came to this planet. He ha an odder feeling yet being on this planet the moment he had landed though as if there was some tick at the back of his mind telling him to look for something. It was odd as he never usually got that feeling so with a shrug he grabbed his saber and a blaster before heading towards the doors into the grand city that floated in the sky.
Once inside, things seemed just as normal as he had thought they would be. Nothing appeared to be off, nothing appeared to be wrong and he once more drew a bit of confusion because he still had that odd feeling. It was like he knew that something should be there when it wasn't and yet everything looked normal without that fact. Maybe he just needed a drink and Hyperspace was playing a trick on him still. So with that a shrug followed and he started to walk through the city.

The streets were crowded today, Juro had been following a feeling he had. As if he was being drawn to a source of power he followed his instincts blindly. His eyes traced the masses as he searched for this source he was gravitating towards. The city was a sight to take in, there were so many details and the population was condensed near the city. This was a change of pace for Juro as he has been confined to his ships corridors recently. It was nice to be off the ship and able to travel as desired, but the sheer number of people was a turn off to this Kel'Dor. The more people you are surrounded by, the more people can stab you in the back.

As he approached the local cantina, the site of many creatures who had too much to drink was abundant. A stumbling Twi'lek tried to steady himself as he moved towards Juro. The stranger's hand reached out to grasp Juro's robe. Before the hand made contact Juro stepped to his right and rolled his left wrist in a circular motion thus thwarting the Twi'lek's attempt to stabilize himself. As if simply avoiding the undesired interaction wasn't enough, Juro drove the palm of his right hand into his back knocking the Twi'lek flat on his stomach. The crowd was stunned at the hostile reaction of this Kel'Dor. Juro was not concerned about their opinions but rather finding this source of power. He glanced over his shoulder, observing the other drinkers picking up their friend, as he strode in the front doors of the cantina.
