She smirked at him when he said these things and then regarded him with a stern gaze for a moment in time and collected herself, she had no idea what her parents train of thought at the time was when they chose to walk out of the personal residence of her aunt and uncles but whatever it was, he was right... their selfless act of defiance and protection was for the best, it was the same as what haven would do for her own allies.... yet Haven has one thing they don't, the unending drive to succeed and survive anything.

Reflecting on her past she started to feel better and then regarded him with a smirk and spoke clarifying matters nobody knows what was going through their minds, but you're right... it was for the best, if they hadn't chose their fates and decided to give up I wouldn't be here today she replied and then decided to ask him a question so what's your story, I mean how did you come into the service of the military and protectorate or pyre or whatever it is?

Noah chuckled when the woman had asked about his life. "Well,before I was in the Pyre,I was a Commando for the Republic and served along the Mando-Echani Border for about ten years,after that I was shifted to some more uhhh,lets just say 'secretive' operations inside Imp territory. About a year ago I was discharged due to sexual misconduct,I had sex with an Admirals daughter and she reported me to her father after she got tired with me,so then I made my own little merc company,then we disbanded,then I joined the Protectorate and made Corek Custom and a couple months back I accquired Hekler'Kok." Noah told her as he took another sip after telling her.

Haven smirked at him when he informed her of some of his more discreet dealings and then looked at the waiter that just brought them their meals, she didn't need the food but she had ordered anyway...being an immortal being she didn't need the luxuries of such things as eating and drinking, but she was only half Diathim and so she still needed to eat to keep her energy up and to keep her frame and figure.

As the food came Haven accepted it and thanked the waiter and looked to @[member="Noah Corek"] and smirked and then took a sip of her soda and then responded to him Must be nice owning two companies she said as she looked at the food, it smelled delicious.

Noah smiled as the food came to the table and looked it over with and admiring eye. "Its not really fun,I rely on my assistants and all of the other staff to do the accounting and stuff like that and I just work with the design teams to make the weapons and armor. Even then most of my paycheck goes to charity." Noah told her as he took a bite into his meal.

That caught her attention big time, he admitted a flaw and one that was the best type of flaw... his ability to selflessly give to a cause... she noted that not many have that ability as the galaxy was littered with greed almost everywhere you turn, even Haven has trouble with giving to others and her race is noted mostly for being Angels and the most beautiful in the galaxy.

As Haven sat there she looked at him and decided this would be a good thing to delve into further Nice to know some have the ability to think of others rather than just themselves... she said trying to get him to explain further then added Charitable organizations are so far and few between, it's noble to give to one... How come you decide to give most of yours to them? it made her curious to see what made him give most his wealth to charity, maybe he is the one or maybe he's trying to play her by giving her candy in return for favors.

Noah stopped eating for a minute and started contemplating his answer. "I guess after so many years of death and designing weapons to kill people,I just wanted to do something good for the galaxy instead of just taking bad things out." Noah told her as he sat back.

Good answer she contemplated the idea of him being another Nobel peace prize winner and then began to eat her own steak by cutting it up in small squares and then putting it in her mouth and chewing, she allowed the silence for a while and then after she had some of her steak eaten she took a sip of her soda and spoke to him I'm sure you have had dealings with force users before, what is your opinions or insight on the force? she asked.

Noah contemplated this and braced his elbows on the table and furrowed his brow. "I've got a few friends who are force-users and some who've been trained by force-users. I believe in freedom of religion and if they want to believe in something they are welcome to. Personally I don't like the Jedi or the Sith,my version of a 'good' force-user is someone who is willing to do bad things when needed but still has a compassionate side." Noah told her.

another good answer once again he answered truthfully, or at least as she could tell....the problem with being a mentalist is that Haven can tell first hand when someone is lieing and she is able to pick up on it right away so the fact she can tell he is being truthful is a reprieve from the usual liers and deceivers of the galaxy.

She continued to eat and drink her soda and then looked at him I'm sure you have questions for me, so what's up? she asked in a playful manner.

Noah leaned back into the booth and remembered something that he had seen on her profile. "So,your profile mentioned you wanted somebody who had combat expeirence. What's up with that?" Noah asked leaning forward,curious to what her answer was.

Combatants have always been a turn on for me, I can't help it... I am not attracted to pacifists she admitted as she looked at him and smirked, her steak was almost gone and as she sat here she felt she had eaten enough so she leaned back and stared at her plate for a moment wondering if she should finish it.

Noah chuckled at that after he finished the rest of his food. "Yeah,pacifists are a turn-off for me,though I do believe in not adhering to needless violence. You know what they say:'The one who enjoys peace the most,is a warrior.'." Noah said as he leaned back and smiled.

It was also seen as being very strong to be a pacifist so she just had to comment on that one I have also heard others admit it takes courage to fight, but it takes strength to not she smirked and then sipped some more of her soda and placed it back on the table and leaned forward and placed her silverware neatly on her plate while trying to help clean her part of the table... Haven was not a clean freak but she also liked stuff to be left in same or similar condition in which she found it.

Noah gathered some of his stuff up as well and put it on there,he did more to impress her than anything but it was a little good to do it. "Yeah I admit,it takes strength to know when to and when not to fight but it also take patience and courage as well,two things that,as a sniper,I have to have plenty of." Noah told her as the waiter came back with the check and Noah put his cred card in it and handed it back so the waiter could charge it to his account.

She smirked as soon as he paid the tab and she looked outside and seen it was now completely dark and she knew she had to get going to get to her next "errand" which was ripping of a freighter of valuable cargo within the protectorate territory... she then looked at him and smirked and decided to see about another date sometime in the futrue.

It's getting late and I must bounce... I hope I see you again she admitted and then gathered her things.

Noah smiled and stood as she gathered her things to leave."I hope to see you again as well Ms.Thorne. This is,admittedly,the best time I've had in the past few months. You want me to walk you out?" Noah asked politely as he stood.

She grabbed everything she brought which was a small purse and a jacket and smirked at him Sure why not? she admitted and then began to walk toward the door.

Noah quickly followed her outside and hailed a cab for her as one came by and turned to her and smiled. "Well this is your ride,don't worry about me,I've got a rental around the corner. Also if you ever want another date,call me at this holo-number." Noah told her as he handed her a strip of flimsi with his number on it.

Taking the number she smirked and nodded her head and then got into the cab and asked the driver to drop her at the landing pad and then looked at him and responded Have a great night and thanks for meeting me she said and then closed to door after giving him enough time to respond and the cab left.

Noah smiled as she thanked him for the meeting. "You have a great nigh as well and thank YOU for the meeting." Noah said as she closed the door and the cab sped away. Noah walked around the corner and hopped into his rental and began to drive towards the spaceport to board the Solomon.
