I'm gonna take a wild stab in the dark and assume you're wanting to join a CIS dominion? If you join the faction you're more than welcome to join any of the dominions and open threads we post (normally if it's for a specific set of people the opening post is quite clear about it). The tag list is more of an optional thing for people who want to be notified of new threads, or for people who might not be on discord and won't receive the pings there
